The Octopus Library is a small independent house, placed in a large private park. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette. Ideal for two guests, up to 4 using the sofa bed. Silent, just 5 km from the center of Imperia and 7 km from the beaches of Diano Marina, the use of the car is very recommended.
It has a beautiful outdoor area equipped with table and chairs in addition to the umbrella and two sun loungers. Immersed in a centenary park is the ideal home if you want to relax, write, read and listen to music. It has a large library of crime and investigation books and a netflix account. We produce extra virgin olive oil and wine. The house has a discrete view on the olive grove and has a small corner with sea view 100 meters from the house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

A wonderful, relaxing week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay, high up in the olive groves, overlooking Imperia and the Mediterranean. This is a new, and nicely designed studio (with separate bedroom). Very comfortable Queen bed and nice linens. A very nice patio with sunshade. The bedroom has a screen so at night we were able to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air and starlight. This place does require a car as it is about a 10 minute drive up a winding road, so it is a bit remote, but that is part of the beauty! Andrea is a charming host, a pleasure to deal with and very accessible. He responded quickly to any requests and provided great references for restaurants, etc. (Our absolute favorite was Surf.) The kitchen is also complete and we enjoyed making a few pasta dishes for dinner. Thank you Andrea! A wonderful, relaxing week!

Unvergesslich SCHÖN!!!!!!!

Dieses Haus können wir allen Paaren empfehlen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, auf Sauberkeit und super Ausstattung Wert legen, einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wünschen! Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für ein super Raumklima, ein Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer hat moskitofreie Nächte beschert und die private Terrasse dient zur Erholung und Kraft tanken. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche unaufgefordert ausgetauscht. Wir empfehlen den Besuch der regionalen Wochenmärkte. Die Strände in Imperia-Oniglia sind nicht überfüllt, allerdings gibt es hier nur Kiesstrände. Es fallen keine Parkgebühren an. Wir empfehlen unbedingt den Besuch der Altstadt von San Bartolomeo, sehr beeindruckend! Die Besichtigung des Doms sollte man nicht auslassen. Sehr schön auch der Hafen von Porto Maurizio und die Altstadt. Tipps für Restaurants bekommt man von Andrea. Besonders die Eisdiele in San Bartolomeo hatte es uns angetan! Wer gerne Olivenöl mag, kann dieses direkt beim Vermieter kaufen! So gutes Öl hatten wir in den vergangenen Jahren nirgends kaufen können! Wir danken Andrea ganz herzlich und werden bestimmt wieder buchen, wenn die Gegend um Imperia unser Reiseziel ist! Grazie mille!
