The unit is on the second floor, has elevator access, and guests can enjoy their own private lanai porch overlooking the golf course.

The condo also includes a washer and dryer inside the unit as well as a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, toaster, air fryer & Kuerig.

Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, which comes with a transferable golf membership for an additional cost, Olympic/resort style pool, hot tub, fitness center, spa, WiFi, AC - everything you need for a pleasant stay!

This condo was beautiful and like new with amazing views of the golf course and pond. We enjoyed the community clubhouse, pool, gym and restaurant during our stay. Great location, close to downtown Ave Maria, AMU and a short drive to Naples and the beach. I highly recommend this property and gracious host! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

John was super host of Immaculate & spacious condo overlooking canal & golf fairway. Lots of amenities. Covered parking space 15 feet from steps to 2nd floor. This was the perfect six night getaway.
