Immenstaad is 1.5 km away and offers supermarkets and various restaurants. The lake is just 25 m from the apartment, a 4-minute walk through the vineyards. While there is no private beach for guests, you may swim in the lake. Bicycles can be rented at a nearby petrol station (1.5 km away).
