This exclusive non-smoking apartment near the construction site on Lake Constance is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. Enjoy the magnificent lake view and the Alpine panorama from the large, covered balcony. The living area with sofa and dining area invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and make-up mirror. A washing machine is also available. The 49 m² apartment offers maximum comfort for 2 people. Cable TV, Internet, car and bicycle parking spaces are available. Pets are not allowed. We look forward to welcoming you!
