Einmal und nie wieder

Kurz prägnant zusammen gefasst, ein älteres Haus und Einrichtung im abgenutzten und wenig gepflegten Zustand, welches nicht dem Preisniveau entspricht. Das FeWo verfügt über eine Gute Lage, jedoch ist sie vollständig mit altem Teppichboden ausgelegt. Dies ist definitiv bei einem FeWo in denen Haustiere erlaubt sind, nicht dem Hygiene-Standard entsprechend. Der Hinweis sollte zudem für Hausstauballergiker gegeben werden. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach und teils nicht voll funktionsfähig. Matratzen und Bettzeug sollten erneuert werden. Ein Entspannungs- und Wohlfühlzustand konnte in der Woche nicht erreicht werden. Wie man es besser machen könnte, sieht man in so ziemlich allen anderen Ferienhäuser drum herum.
