The house has two residential units plus the apartment. The free parking lot is located directly in front of the house as well as the lockable bicycle parking space. The nearby (approx. 1.2 km away) Rewe supermarket in Immenstaad offers a large selection of regional products for self-catering. The "Echt Bodensee Card", which is included in the visitor's tax, offers discounted travel and admission to various attractions in the Lake Constance region.
