Welcome to Immenstaad! Immenstaad is an ideal starting point for your vacation! The family-friendly vacation resort is situated roughly in the middle of the Obersee, so that you can easily reach all the attractive excursion destinations in the Lake Constance region (including Austria and Switzerland) from this central starting point. Whether heading west or east, into the hinterland or across the lake, on foot or by car, boat or bus ... possibly combined with the ferry connections between Meersburg and Constance or Friedrichshafen and Romanshorn - everything is possible without any problems. The Echt Bodensee Card (guest card) helps you to save money.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe and a great view of the lake and a room with a bunk bed and wardrobe. The living room has a large window front with access to the balcony and the fantastic view of the lake, couch, dining table for up to 6 people and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes + cutlery and large window with lake view. There is also a bathroom with a floor-level shower, mirror cabinet and large washbasin as well as a separate guest WC. A private parking space is also available.
