O apart é bem localizado em um terro bem bacana. O atendimento de todos foi cordial e respeitoso. Café da manhã, apesar de ser servido no quarto, é satisfatório. O único problema é que ficou apertado por que não existe mesa para sentarmos confortavelmente e apreciar o café. O banheiro não estava devidamente limpo, assim como toda a suite. No qual encontramos moedas em cima da pratilheira e uma pedra em baixo da cama.

Contratamos uma suíte luxo, mas quando chegamos tentaram nos empurrar para uma simples escondido onde nem o Wi-Fi pegava. Após demonstrar que deveríamos estar na luxo, com muito custo conseguimos mudar para a certa. Todo os hóspedes possuíam carro estacionado na porta dos prédios da pousada, menos o meu que ficou distante. De resto foi tudo tranquilo, o café-da-manhã no quarto é perfeito e as colaboradoras da pousada são muito solicitas.

precisa de melhorias
Não gostei do café da manhã servido nos quartos, não possui opções e não pode repetir, além de servir café solúvel. Dei umas dicas para o SR Fernando na recepção porém ele nao aceita sugestoes, o mesmo tinha umas respostas inconvenientes, explicações dos serviços prestados, semelhantes a forma que um chefe explica aos subordinados. fiquei hospedada três dias e dentro desses dias o Wi- fi nao funcionou . o quarto não tem um guarda roupa ou local para, pendurar nem sequer guardar as malas. falta de conforto e espaço no quartos Não pretendemos nunca mais nos hospedar nesse hotel, deixou muito a desejar .

A única coisa que não gostei foi o chuveiro, pois oscilava muito do quente para o frio, eu não podia ficar embaixo com medo de esquentar demais de resto atendeu até ultrapassou minhas expectativas

O local é bom porém falta um pouco de conforto nos quartos pois não tem armarios e o café da manha e´servido no quarto onde não há espaço para desfruta-lo adequadamente tivemos que dividir o espaço das malas com a mesa de café da manha.
