O local tem seu lado bom e ruim. A piscina é muito boa, estava quentinha de tanto sol. O espaço tem diversas opções para lazer (piscina, quadra, churrasqueira). O que acabou não sendo como esperado foi a casa em si, pois não estava muito limpa, com algumas coisas mofadas, sofás muito velhos, a cozinha não tinha muitos dos utensílios básicos. No geral, a família curtiu pela piscina e churrasqueira, mas esperava que a casa fosse mais limpa e conservada.
