This hotel is a jewel on the island after the most appalling flight ( Jet 2 never again due to the behaviour of intoxicated passengers ) we arrived feeling very anxious but our anxiety was quickly replaced by relaxation and enjoyment . The good bits Hotel staff polite and speak English very well - thank you for this as us Brits are not great at speaking other languages The hotel is very very clean Beach towels provided daily just go to reception Lovely pool with relaxing pool loungers ( nobody runs down at 5 am to claim one for the day all hotel residents show respect ) 2 min walk to the beach Nice breakfast very relaxed Gorgeous cocktails for 7 euros which in Ibiza is very good Wifi ok drops out sometimes but we did ok ( 12 year old still could watch - you tube ) We spoke and spent time with some lovely families who were like minded and wanted to escape the intoxicated Brit abroad mentality.... We probably won't return to Ibiza due to what we experienced at the airport and flight however we would return to this hotel in a heart beat . Thank you S'Argamassa palace for a lovely break
Rarely does a hotel do it all just right but as a group of six we all agreed that this place was without fault. Excellent. The staff and service were excellent ( breakfast bacon not so good ) The rooms were spotless well equipped and modern , the hotel is in a nice tranquil area and 2 minutes from the beach . I'd recommend to all 5* from us .
Lovely small hotel, with great staff, friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in a superior suit overlooking the pool area. The room was clean with good supply of bathroom product and a well stocked fridge. The hotel is a 2min walk to the cala pada beach which has sun loungers at a cost of 6 euros, water sports, restaurant and bar. The pool area is quiet and relaxing with staff ready to take food and drink orders. Towels are provided at the reception area. It is a quiet area so a car is definately advisable. Europcar is 5mins away. I can definitely recommend this hotel, we've had a lovely holiday and would come back. Thank you.
A small hotel (24 rooms I think) which offers a friendly and intimate experience. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is of a very good standard and with a broad evening menu; the fish dishes are particularly good. The pool whilst quite small, is well maintained and more than adequate. The suites are good sized, well appointed and well maintained. The hotel is very well situated - about 2 mins from a nice beach at Cala Pada and a 10 min walk to get the bus to Santa Eularia and beyond. A very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.
We stayed here for a week for our first family holiday abroad. All the staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The waitress especially at the restaurant was very professional and warm. The pool area is very clean and a relaxing area to swim and sunbathe including a children's pool which my child loved. We had just attended at the beginning of the season so the hotel perhaps lacked a little atmosphere but suited us for our needs. The breakfast could also have a little more variety and options. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.
Delightful staff, attentive and helpful at all times Civilised, quiet , short walking distance to the sea Immaculately clean , room suite well specified , pool not large but adequate . Unhurried approach to everything , really excellent breakfasts. Ideally placed for exploring the whole of the island . Car essential as it is a bit far away from public transport
Hotel is away from city and is Good. If you want to stay away from partying/hustle bustle and city life, then its decent place. its near beaches and quite. Rooms are excellent and huge. All kinds of facilities in the rooms but not much kids or other activities. Decent place to stay.
I'd been here 11 years ago and returned with my family. I can only echo how helpful Mari-Carmen, Sandra and the team are. Mari-Carmen also is a fabulous beautician and her massages are just heaven but do book ahead, as she's in demand. Rooms comfortable, bed huge, everything provided. Food excellent quality. Cocktails superbly mixed and great value - 6.50 euros for a great mojito, for example. I just can't wait to return.
This is a gem of a small hotel in a lovely setting. Clean, comfortable and friendly is the vibe. The staff were particularly welcoming and friendly and I would pick out Maria-Carmen, Sandra and Kasia for special praise. We didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant always looked a bit empty and the menu somewhat limited. Breakfast however was excellent.
My stay was a little unusual in that I was placed here by my insurance company after my daughter cold not fly home due to chicken pox. On arrival at the hotel, after being told my stay would be like for like (and therefore all inclusive) I was informed they only offered bed and breakfast in the hotel. Apparently this is not the case, although I accept they are not an all inclusive hotel. The room was very nice, a small kitchen, a living room area with a lovely sunny balcony, a nice bathroom and bedroom and air conditioning which was just right. On arrival I must admit to being a little tearful having just been left by the rest of our 15 strong group at the airport, but the receptionist could not have been more helpful, she brought cases up, had a look at my daughter, and gave me some good advice as to what to treat her with here in Spain. My problem started when I needed to leave the hotel briefly to find my daughter some food for the next few days. The hotel manager then stopped me to say I would need a doctor in to say how contagious my daughter was and that I would need to stay in my room or he would need to ask me to leave the hotel. How I was supposed to feed and care for my four year old for three days without leaving to get food/water etc was a mystery. She had chicken pox for goodness sake. Again, in terms of the hotel, it was lovely, clean, and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more friendly, kind or helpful, they were just let down by this one rude man.
