Food was one of the best I’ve stayed at in Spain for All Inclusive, food changed nearly everyday so a lot of variety. Staff were great, lovely outdoor seating area in front of the stage. Local alcohol was good, pools great prob one of the best holidays our family has had. Sister in law going back this year in June because it was that good!
Best thing about hotel is the food which for a 3* hotel was excellent, better than some 5*hotels we have stayed in, drinks were fine although a little limited. Rooms fine and staff/entertainment were great, overall no problems and short walk to seafront and various bars/restaurant if you want a change. Would go back no problem
What a lovely place, clean, tidy, great staff, great food. Stayed for half term week in October, the food was good, themed nights so always varied choice. Pool area clean and tidy, plenty of sun beds. Room was basic, we had a family room, it was clean and spacious. Clean towels daily and we were able to keep our room until we left late on the Friday FOC. The town and local beach was lovely, just a 5 minute walk. Will definitely return. We had a great holiday. Thank you 👍🏼
Hotel spotless , food great lots of choice , entertainment good some nights x Good entertainment at Charlie's bar , also Popeyes . Definitely recommend invisa , great location and very friendly staff . Will be back xxx
Back again, found the place just as good as before, check in fast and efficient(don't forget tourist tax now payable on arrival) safe keys for room safe available for €2.per day+€10 returnable deposit. Rooms clean, bright and airy, balcony pool view best, fridge and t.v.also hairdryer in bathroom, no kettle or hot drinks supply in room.Water now bought from bar.Plenty entertainment provided by the animation team fir adults and children. Every Wednesdays hippy market on just down from hotel(10 mins) bus just down from hotel to St.Eulalia, very attractive resort about 10 mins. away (€1.60p.p.) Some people went on road train said that it was good way to see places, this time of year you may get odd showers or cloudy day, evenings can be a bit cooler. Still managed to to get a good tan, food at hotel is plentiful and a good choice even for the fussiest eater never felt the need to eat out. There are laundry facilities for people wishing to wash clothing key, tokens and washing powder available from the reception .Hotel staff in all areas superb, fast, efficient always time to chat or say hello, guests were a good mix never experienced any problem behaviour everyone very sociable. At this time of year Es Canar is winding down but still plenty to do for everyone, if you want a good time in a lovely place in a hotel that provides above its rating give it a try and make up your own opinion the Ereso won't disappoint. Thanks to everyone there for another happy and carefree holiday. P.S.rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan.
This hotel is great. The location is a few minutes from the beach and shops and an easy walk to the bus station where you can get anywhere. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is a bit ‘brits abroad’ but lots of choice and good quality. The kids pool is fantastic and the nightly kids dances are great fun. The free ice cream was very popular! Our room was on the front so some traffic noise but nothing worse than any other road. The room was comfortable and clean. Remember to get a card from the reception for the air con if you need/want it. We would definitely return to the hotel and would recommend it. Great value for money for a short break in the sunshine. My only criticism is no pool towels provided so remember to take your own.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, how people have gone back year after year is beyond me, the rooms are basic than basic the food was same pretty much every day I had to eat out on 3 nights out of 11 the entertainment team was poor the music and entertainment was governed by a decibels noise meter seriously think again before booking this hotel.
Visited this hotel in October Check in was quick and in our room in a blink. Room was really good at back of hotel,it was quite and got the sun in late afternoon. Beds were really comfortable and bathroom was clean and adequate. Food was spot on in restaurant but the snack bar was awful with very little choice and often served cold or luke warm. Ice creams were available from 11 till midnight. Pools were ok but looked dirty with cracked tiles. Entertainment was boring and lacked imagination. The beach nearby was fantastic with great views across the bay. Water sports were a rip off compared to other holiday places we visited. The shops were pretty expensive as well and most of them had very little stock due to the time of year. Eating out is very expensive here so glad we were all inclusive as we would have been skint after a couple of days. Overall this hotel is really good but can do better by providing pool towels and providing better choice and quality snacks. Would I go there again well possibly if they made some little improvements regarding the above. By the way the team on desk and manager was very helpful and approachable which was a good touch
We have just come back from a weeks stay at the Ereso and enjoyed ourselves and we agree with most of the reviews posted, however there are a few things that did not meet our expectations i.e.: the food was in our opinion very limited in variety and choice I know this was the last week of the season but it looked like the hotel was using food they had left, if you went to breakfast lunch or dinner in the latter half of the sitting the food had mostly gone and not replaced this was not helped by the overweight people going round for seconds or even thirds this we witnessed more than once we even saw the them take food at the end of there meals back to the pool and rooms despite the restaurant have a sign stating please do not remove food or drinks from the restaurant. I think the management should enforce this rule. Having said that we did find that most all staff were pleasant and efficient and some were not, especially in the restaurant.
Arrival after a 45 min transfer (did have 5 stops before Ereso) was speedy and was greeted by welcoming staff. We went straight to our rooms which were very basic but nice to have a fridge in room, air con and ceiling fan. Unfortunately the beds were terribly hard and even with additional pillows I slept awful. Also the walls are very thin and the doors are heavy and slam shut very noisily. I imagine in peak season it's very annoying! After unpacking we went to the pool and found sunbeds straight away no problem and did so everyday too even at 9am an hour after they "opened the pool". The restaurant is very nice and offered a good selection of breakfast lunch and dinner however there were no theme nights. I'm guessing as end of season which was a disappointment. Staff are all fantastic and work extremely hard. Animation team are all fabulous with the adults and children especially 'Will' who recently joined the team. Entertainment is absolutely crap unfortunately but it didn't ruin our evenings we made the most of it and continued to giggle lots ! Again this was prob because it was end of season ? Overall a really good holiday and would definitely return. Thanks Ereso staff xx
