My wife and I booked this hotel with some trepidation as we had not been to the party island before ! Well, we did not have to worry. The locations was fantastic (just a short walk to the bars and clubs) hotel was first class in all respects. It was quiet (some music played around the pool during the day which was absolutely fine), and all extremely fresh and clean, the rooms were of good quality for the type of hotel, the breakfast was great, and the staff we first class. We would not hesitate to book again, in fact we probably will for later this year !
We booked this hotel for 3 nights. The front desk man on Friday July 14th was arrogant, complete lack of manners. My friend could not checked in. He was rude and the opposite of a friendly service person. AVOID THIS PLACE
If you're looking for a young, clean and cool hotel close to Bora Bora/Platja d'en Bossa and its commercial & party street but without all the noise and 24h/24 music & "craziness", Bossa Flow is paradise on earth for you! It's it anyway for me as it's my second visit. Last year with my BF and now with my friends who discovered this middle-sized hotel (not too big or small) and they just loved it! :) The rooms are OK size, this year with a small fridge (good improvement!) And are individually and nicely à la "bossa flow spirit" decorated. The breakfast is good and varied with fruit, fresh bread & croissants and there is a cook who prepares tasty omelets. The pool and surroundings are clean and well-kept. Nothing to complain and towels are available and free. Good bar with nice cocktails. Big up to the staff: very friendly, helpful, service-minded and professional! Thanks for making the staying to the top! Would definitely stay there again!:)
Hotel is located in Playa d'en bossa, walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and shops but bit further out from Ibiza town. Bus stop is very close though…less than 10min walking distance from hotel. Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful….even gave us directions/ideas for sight seeing. The front desk staff working overnight (apologize for forgetting name) was very helpful when we were checking out in the morning; helped us with our heavy luggages (thank you!). Staff at the restaurant were very nice as well and breakfast was good. Although, cook at the omelette station seemed a bit frustrated. Pool was ok as the water was cold and the bartender by the pool was very rude…when we asked for ice to use for water we bought from the hotel, she was not happy and practically threw it on the counter (we didn't take it). We had no idea why she was rude. Room was clean and spacious but the water is 'soft' and salty that we couldn't brush our teeth with it. We bought bottle water everyday just to use for brushing our teeth. Wifi was also terrible and we hardly used it as we were not able to connect to internet from the room. Even at the lobby, it only worked at times…but not a big deal as we didn't stay in Ibiza long. Overall, we had a great stay and thank you to the staff at the front desk.
The hotel is just perfect, stuff is so amazing, the rooms are really nice ans stylish, the pool and the area is nice, 200 meter to the beach, close to party, but quiet ... was my second stay and I would always return ...
The location of the hotel is best , walking distance to Bora Bora beach and famous night clubs Ushuaia , Hi Ibiza , Hard Rock Etc The best part is the staff and service , specially Marta , she has been very helpful in our stay as we don't eat non veg food she helped us making Veg food and was available all the time with a Smile
We stayed here for 8 days. We were over for a wedding. The location is good, if you like a bit of peace and quiet. The main strip is only a few minutes away and so is the main beach Playa de Bossa. The hotel is great, so is the pool area. We never had an issue getting a sun bed and got our drinks quickly at the bar. The breakfast was delicious with a massive variety. The rooms are a good size and seem to be quite new. Beds are comfy. There is a safe and a hairdryer. We went to reception and borrowed their iron and board too. You can pretty much ask them to borrow anything! Reception staff were so friendly and hospitable. They let our mates from another hotel leave their suitcases on the last evening so we could all go out. We checked out at 11am but had access at the hotel all day and even got to use private showers etc to get ready to head to airport. Highly recommended!
The hotel is situated within walking distance from the clubs such as Hi & Ushuaia. A 10 minute taxi ride (approx €12) will get you to Ibiza town where a good selection of restaurants can be found. The ones in Bossa weren't that great! The checkin was slightly slow with just one computer and the receptionist very slow and getting confused with passports etc. The host, Marta was extremely welcoming and pleasant however provided us with wrong info re:Las Dalias market (were informed was open Sunday instead of Saturday so we actually missed it completely). Very disappointed! Beware there are no interconnecting rooms if needed. Unfortunately our first room had a bit of a smell so we asked for a change, which meant we were on the opposite side to our friends, slightly inconvenient especially as we'd requested rooms close to each other. The actual room had a safe which was handy. The bed was comfortable. I found the bathroom slightly too pokey for my liking. Shower temperature and flow was good! Breakfast was very disappointing. Orange juice isn't fresh. Didn't like the hot options, however on the 2nd morning discovered the option to get a freshly made omelette which was much better. The pool area was clean and plenty sun beds and loungers available. The bar service was extremely slow however the 2nd occasion around it was good. I would recommend the mango Mojito, it was excellent. My friends strawberry daiquiri was also the same! Late checkout wasn't available due to high occupancy, however at a charge of €37.50 we could avail of same until 6pm and use facilities until we left later which was good if you wanted to swim or sun bath. My one tip would be do your own research of where and what you want to do prior to arrival, so you can avoid being disappointed as staff need a bit more training. Overall for the price we paid it was still a good hotel and depending on your needs will suit most.
...And my daughter wanted to see Ibiza on purpose. We stayed here. It is suitable for a longer stay as well. Checkout is at 11 a.m. like everywhere else and breakfast also ends at 11 a.m. we missed it. :( We had balcony rooms. It is cheaper to book thru TripAdvisor, not booking.com, just FYI. Rooms are clean. This is close to the airport and you can walk to the souvenir shops and some restaurants. We heard the beach was just as close but we did not have time to see it. They have a wonderful looking pool. The back balconies overlook the pool. On the front door balcony, you can see the mountains. The decor is so beachy and pretty. They charge you for using the computer which is unlike other hotels in Spain. There's no elevator. Super hot water in the bathrooms. No fridge. WiFi worked well.
Clean and very nice hotel, the location is perfect for a short stay few minute walk to clubs and bar and to playa den bossa , good value for money I would stay again for sure , the staff is very welcome and friendly.
