I was happy I went during off season. This was a great break from life. The hotel is nice there are a few maintenance issues but in no way did it detract from my vacation. The hotel is easy access to a private section of the beach. They provide loungers on the beach and kayaks. Most rooms have a view of the ocean. If it were high season the ocean view would come with lots of loud music from the beach bars next door. The main pool has music playing during the day. The view is amazing, the beach is amazing. The staff are great. The restaurant at the back of the hotel had beautiful views. Despite the claim of all inclusive I was refused "included" room service even though my reservation indicated it was included and the pamphlets in the room indicated some items were included. The facial wasn't the best I've had but it was ok. All in all it was a nice trip and relaxing. It would not likely have been the same experience if it were peak season.
Great Hotel, excellent location. The first time I went was in in July 2016 with my husband and went again this year with 2 other couples. The All Inclusive service is great, varied food each night in the buffet restaurant but there are other Al a carte restaurants to choose from also. The cocktails were great too. The pool was lovely with beds built in but there was a bit of a fight for the sun loungers in the morning!! The rooms were clean and modern and service was great. Would definitely go back.
Stunning resort, amazing staff and food, very clean. Catering for groups couples and young families. Right on the beach of Playa den Bossa. Bus outside the door to Ibiza town. Great selection on the all inclusive for both food and drink.
We arrived at the White Island hotel only to be told that we had been booked into the Palace instead. This was not an issue as the Palace was a much better fit for us. Checking in was very smooth and as our room was not ready we went off for some lunch and a few drinks. Our luggage was waiting for us in our room after lunch. We were in block 4000, facing the bridge and the sister hotel. Although not the best view still a nice room. Lovely and modern and very clean with a nice array of toiletries. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, with lovely pillows. There is a large tv but only a few English speaking channels so if you come on holiday to watch more than the news you’re out of luck! The resort itself was beautifully clean and the grounds well looked after. There was certainly no shortage of sunbeds whilst we were there, however it was the 1st week October. There are three pools in the Palace as oppose the the one larger one on the White Island. You could also use the sunbeds on the beach and collect a mattress on your way out of the complex, there is a security man checking you in and out. There are lots of bars within the two hotels, the Sports Bar being our favourite. This serves a selection of food throughout the day along with a self-service salad and pizza bar. There is also an endless supply of nachos and popcorn .... There has been a lot of talk about drinks, and what is and isn’t included. There are a lot of premium spirits included in your all inclusive package, however there are exceptions but I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. The bar staff were wonderfully helpful and if you asked were happy to concoct cocktails which were not on the all inclusive menu. We ate in all three speciality restaurants. The Mediterranean the Italian and the Mexican. The mediterranean was by far the nicest but that’s down to personal choice. The buffet restaurants were all of an excellent standard and had a theme each evening which helped to keep the selection of food interesting. The entertainment throughout the day was varied, a lot of the pool activities were in the White Island pool which I can’t comment on but the animation team came round and invited you to take part but were in no way pushy. The evening entertainment took place in a very professional looking outside theatre and were good fun, better than a lot we have seen over the years. Finally the Spa - you can pay €20 for 1.5 hours and have the use of all the facilities (treatments extra), this was a nice way to relax away from the pool and really peaceful. All in all this was a really lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend this resort. Good food in lovely surroundings within easy reach of Ibiza Town and Playa d’En Bossa, or just total relaxation within the confines of this hotel - the choice is yours!
I wrote a review after being at the resort for only a few days and facing some issues, however things improved and we ended up having a fab holiday. The pool bar staff and reception staff are lovely, the beach is so close and sun rises are amazing. The bus stops just outside the hotel if you want a day out and the hippie market was great.
We had an amazing break here after emergency change of plan due to Monarch!! We really fell on our feet, the food choice was excellent, the kids could eat healthy and a different theme in the evenings, would recommend the Mediterranean restaurant on the beach. We had a swing seat kids loved it. All inclusive the wine choice was very good, with a prosecco as required. Kids made lovely friends felt safe and much to do. Our room was a lovely size with a jacuzzi on the balcony bliss!
Was offered this hotel as alternative to the Hard Rock Hotel due to aforementioned deciding to close with 2 weeks till departure,my wife was devastated as holiday for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. We count ourselves lucky as this hotel had everything you could want from the staff to the food and the best surprise the Sports Bar. Service absolutely impeccable food not bad, entertainment not brilliant but with everything else on offer a wonderful holiday helped by the weather which was great.
Just had a great all inclusive family holiday. The hotel has 3 pools all very nice kids loved the kids pool with slides pirates sharks etc This is a very well run clean hotel all the staff really make this place from the free kids club which give you peace and quite for half our even a whole day my kids loved going and the girls running it deserve a special mention as they were so nice and enthusiastic. I would not normally go all inclusive but its so handy with 4 kids of 8 6 5 and 3. My kids loved the food and tried all sorts of things they had not had before everything from lobster paella to sea bass and sword fish. The hotel beach is really nice soft clean sand we 24 degrees most days in the October half term all in the place is fabulous value and I would have no problem recommending this place to friends and family and I will definitely be going back soon. Its near the airport so quick transfers of 10 minutes and the flight from uk is only just over 2 hours so so pretty quick door to door
We just returned 2 days ago from Ibiza. We spent 5 days in this hotel celebrating my husband's birthday. The hotel was not our first choice, we wanted to stay at the all inclusive resort in San Antonio. 2 weeks before departure we received an email saying that our chosen hotel will close down for winter, and we can stay at the Palladium Palace instead. We were not very happy about that, because we wanted to stay away from kids and families. However because of the late notice we didn't really have other choices. I asked for an update, and we received a junior suite. The customer service was very good and professional, there was nothing too much trouble. We received a bottle of cava and a birthday cake in the room. We had a reservation in the a la carte restaurants, which was great, because we had dinner at another restaurant each and every night. The last night was Halloween night, and the staff really made an effort to make it special. There was food and drink available all the time. The cleaning staff did a good job as well. We went to the gym every day, which is quite small, but you will find all the essential equipment. Luckily the hotel wasn't busy when we stayed there, they were actually closing down for winter on the 1st November. All in all it was a very good stay, I cannot complaint. But I wouldn't like to stay there when it is busy and full of kids. It is an ideal place for families, but if you would like to spend a romantic time with your loved one, it is not the ideal place to go.
The Hotel is really lovely, and we were informed on checking in that you could use the Grand Palladium White Island resort which was nearby to our Hotel. I had looked to book there but was glad that we didn't. We went down in one night, The reception and bar looked like a canteen, and all of the 3 a la carte restaurants , and the sports bar and entertainment were all centered round our Hotel. Plus there was the added bonus of our Hotel being cheaper. We ate in the Italian restaurant and the Portofino restaurant near the beach we had very good meals in both of them. We stayed in room 2135 it was on the first floor opposite the sports bar. The sun was on the balcony only first thing in the morning. It was a good room just like in the photo on your site here. I liked the free safe, and the fridge with soft drinks and beers. It was nice not to pay for water, and it was re stocked everyday. I was also impressed that there was free room service too. We didn't use it but I have never seen that in an all inclusive. It was our first time to Ibiza, and we did enjoy it. There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away, and the buses run about every 15 mins. at a cost of 1.80 euros which will take you in to Ibiza old town. The only down side was lots of bars and restaurants were closed, September seems to be the end of the season. Would recommend staying here.
