Stayed here for a week. The hotel is due to be updated so I thought its was good accomodation and outstandingly clean. The food was very good. I have been to lots of hotels in Spain and this food was very tasty I enjoyed every meal much better than other hotels I have stayed in. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The main pool was quite cold and not very big but was ok. Nice kiddies pool for the little ones. We spent alot of time on the beach. Beware of the rocks and also the nudist part. If your not up for that I would strongly avoid that area. Didn't bother me but my other half was a bit repulsed by it. Overall I had a nice stay here. Can get a little noisy as walls are paper thin but I would go back.

With the benefit of a second visit I am getting to know the advantages of this good hotel.. The reception and staff are all great and helpful. All the local hotels charge for the use of a safe, so that is a local normality on Ibiza. Wifi is not really worth the money, better to use 3g on now what should be free roaming. The signal is A1 here. I found the rooms to be good, very clean. TV is limited in English, but you can change the language on some channels by choosing the Q menu on the TV! There is a bit of a noise issue, not the hotel's fault, by thoughtless guests slamming doors late at night. Doors could be modified with slow return springs, would make a difference.. I was really happy with the food both at breakfast and dinner for the price. I saw dressed salmon, roast lamb and a huge choice during my stay. I like to use this hotel as a base for travelling around the island, there is plenty of safe parking outside, and it is well located for exploring the best parts of Ibiza. I would recommend a hire car if staying here, but if not it is a very short walk to town. Here you can get the mini train which is a good value breezy ride to other villages such as San Carlos and the great beach at Es Figurel. I recommend a boat trip to St Eulalia too.. The area is totally safe at night, despite the last part to the hotel being a little dark. Problems are pretty much unheard of. There is a small nudist area of the beach in the middle well hidden below some cliffs, not really seen much of this.. common to many parts of Ibiza. My top tip locally would be to use / go to the beach nearby, only two mins walk, before midday, as it will be empty then even in August to get a place. Better than stressing about pool space. Cheap towels and a sunbrella make a private spot and perhaps take a picnic from the local excellent supermarket if not on all inclusive.

We stayed here for 5 nights (family of 4), in 2 rooms, next to each other, so it wasn’t ‘cheap’. It was as expected to be honest. It’s a 3* hotel, and that’s true. We only booked half board, and were delighted we didn’t upgrade upon arrival to all inclusive (we waited to check it out), as the food and drinks were not wonderful. Breakfast was fine, coffee and juice quite bad though. Usual bacon , eggs, beans plus fruit, pastries etc there was enough to choose from. Dinner was not that nice, luckily we only ate dinner there twice, and that was plenty. As we were half board we didn’t have lunch but people would queue outside the room before it opened!! Location is nice, our rooms (359 and 360 – rather near the lifts!) were fine, but I’d not want to squeeze 3 people into each room as I saw some had. They were basic, but with a very good shower, beds were fine, balcony had a nice view (we could see Cala Nova beach) and they were kept clean. Disappointed at lack of a fridge though but am I asking too much in a 3*?! As I mentioned, we had a fabulous view of Cala Nova beach, which is a lovely bay, albeit quite busy. You are in Es Cana, so don’t expect lots of quaint little Boden clad families, nor just Brits in football shirts (there were plenty though!), there are ‘hippies’ hanging about, and I assume camping too, and a few brazen nudists on the beach but each to their own… We didn’t experience any issues with anyone. Hotel entertainment – awful does not describe it. Nowhere near! Basically ‘make your own noise/Karaoke’ for an hour where kids whined tunelessly into mike, then some terrible ‘adult’ show like dancers or the like, all bad. The music from the campsite sounded better! Wifi – pay and didn’t work well, we didn’t bother. There is a camp site next door with a fabulous little shop where they make lovely rolls and sell all sorts of food and drink, so we stocked up from there - as €3 for a tiny glass of awful beer from the pool bar was not what we wanted. Wine at dinner was OK, between €15-25 for a decent bottle. We walked into town a couple of times, and there were a few places to eat/drink/shop, but we didn’t get as far as Santa Eulalia which I’d try another time. We had no issues getting a sunbed at around 8/9am, we liked the grassy area and there were usually beds there, albeit only just! (I heard there’s an 8am stampede, just what you need on holiday!?!) We just had to make sure we were away from the wasp breeding grounds/bins! Note that pool towels are not included. As for local tax, it’s not the Hotel policy, it’s a policy in Ibiza, so not sure why anyone complaining? I would like to point out that the reception staff were lovely, especially a young lady without a name tag, wearing glasses – she was delightful! I probably wouldn’t return to this hotel unless they offered B&B only at a bargain price, but would definitely go to more Palladium group hotels, looking more at 4* and above.

This Hotel is in a fantastic location by the beach with great views. The decor is dated and dark but we did not go there to view the furniture. It was very clean and the maids were friendly. In fact we found all the staff, bar, restaurant, reception and entertainment were very friendly to all three generations of us. The food was more than acceptable for the rating of the hotel and the price paid. It was better than some food we have had on higher rated hotels or cruise ships. The only downside was the cost of Wi-fi and it's range, however a stroll along to a bar and you can get good wi-fi, and see some of the resort. People have mentioned the lack of lighting on the road back to the Hotel though this is probably nothing to do with the Hotel I'm sure they could raise it with the council or whoever. My wife said it would put her off walking there but as there was three men in our party it was not an issue. We believe it is a good Hotel and great value.

We travelled as a couple so the room wasn't too bad just big enough, dated though. Room was cleaned every day but floor was not swept. Stayed on 3rd floor with view of the sea through trees. You have to pay a euro a day in tax per person when you check in as in most country's now (don't know why as they get enough money off tourists). We were half board and paid 15 euros per day each for basic drinks package which include all soft drinks, water and local spirits and lager, even with all inclusive some drinks have to be paid for so be aware. All drinks are expensive otherwise. The hotel likes to make money on everything so charges for what they can. The hotel is a 3 star but Thompson rate it as a 4 star and it is definitely a 3. The doors to the pool don't open before 8 and people queue from 7 to get a sunbed. Food is average and caters for brits with no taste of adventure and only spanish dish paella once in the week we were there. The woman cooking chicken used the same utensils on raw and cooked chicken (we did report this to the rep whilst there). There is nudists on the beach so be aware if you have children and a hippy camp right next door unfortunately we saw people having sex in broad daylight on the beach which has little coves so be aware. Most of the staff were miserable. A short walk to es cana is worth it but be careful on the way back at night as the road is dark and very quiet. Entertainment was rubbish for adults didn't start till 10 and wasn't very professional only a couple of acts were ok and they are only on for an hour. We had a good time but mostly because we went out of the complex. Wouldn't return here again.

Just arrived back home from 2 weeks holiday at this hotel from the 2nd till the 17th of august and this hotel was not what we expected! Originally, we booked up for the Anfora Playa for the 2nd year in a row however we were moved to this hotel because of reasons with an hotel upgrade for the Anfora Playa and Thomsons decided to put us in this hotel. First of all the good thing about the hotel is that the cleaners keep the rooms nice and clean everyday if you put the sign on the door. We had 2 room as we are a family of 5 and it was an interconnecting room with a nice view of the sea over the children's pool on the second floor. The bad things about this hotel is that as soon as you check in, they instantly request for the tourist tax of you before you have even gone too your room so that's money already gone. A safe for your room is €3.40 a day which is ridiculous. A late checkout room is €30 up until 3:00 or €60 up until 6:00. The hotel wifi is very expensive for only working in the lobby as it is about €30 for 7 days and €10 for 1 day. The internet on their computers is no better as it is €4 for 30 mins or €6 for 1 hour. The snacks at the pool bar are plain and boring. From 12 till 6 all you can get is a ham and cheese toastie, a hotdog and a plain hamburger for all inclusive guests with no chips just a few crisps on the side. If you are half board however you will have to pay €3 for each one of the meals. Also the bar staff are very arrogant and will stand there just talking to each other instead of doing the work so expect to be standing to get a drink or a snack at least 10 to 20 mins. The hotel food at night time was not very good they had alot of choice for everyone however most of the stuff was the same every couple of days e.g grilled chicken, grilled pork chops etc. also in the restaurant, they had a burger on for lunch and evening meal everyday! The evening entertainment was terrible 80% of the time. The hotel entertainers Chelsea and Milan are not very good with kids because they have their favourites and of your not one of them, sometimes they will tell you to go away which is very disrespectful to kids! 🙁 The other 2 entertainers i didn't know much about because didn't really speak to them but if they are like the others then they are not very good. Overall very disappointing holiday and we shall not be returning to this hotel again.

This was not the hotel we booked thomson moved us , as me and family booked a holiday in es canar and new the place we went what a mistake....... 1.€3. For a can of coke 2€3. For less than a half a pint of beer 3.all enclusive "all cheap stuff you get a hamburger free with cheese €1 or walk to main kichen to get the cheese free. 4.the waiting at the pool bar 20min + 5. Wasps not empting the waste bins offten enough 6.pool toilets clean but not able to lock 1 door the other cubicles light goes out every 30 seconds 7.2 glasses of beer 1 sprite 0.33lt €8.50 8.€520 to upgrade for drinks alone found out if we done in through thomson €320 rip off 9. €30 for use of wifi for i divice 1week only in loby 10. The swimming pool was colder than the water they served after 11.30 11.mostly all bar staff arogant 12.€60 to keep room till 18.00 €30 to keep till 15.00 the day we left, but did not check in till after midnight the day we arrived rip off. 13.advertised playground + golf course 1 swing 3 mini golf 1 damaged the other 2 not in a very good state to play with 14.the crowds sprinting in the morning the get the sunbeds a joke i hope they read this and be ashamed 15.the food at the evening plenty of choice nearly the same every night 16.we saw 1 of the bar staff driving into the hotel car park so fast if a child ran out in front of him would be dead....... 17. The enterteinment 80% "CRAP"at the evening 18. The safe in the room€3.40 a day 19.swimming pool dirty All in all if you do not pay they did not want to now the entertainers from pop where very good Aga in control of the kids club 100% Milan and Chelsea where also good at their jobs, the rooms where very clean the hotel staff where very good the beach next to the hotel was a 2min walk but the middle part was a nudist part which you had to walk past not for the children to see.

This year was our 3rd visit. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. As noted by some others, the morning rush to get sunbeds can be a bit of a pain at 7.45 in the morning (especially with a hangover!) The food was exceptional with loads of choice at all sittings. Unfortunately some nights the outside bar closed early which was disappointing. The daily entertainment was fabulous. The team of Chelsea, Milan and Danny made each day lots of fun; with cocktail games around the pool, darts, water polo and the highly regarded "French Boules" The Kids disco at night was very entertaining but some of the evening shows left a lot to be desired! But the highlight of each evening was the disco (11.00 to 11.30ish) after the compulsory songs with lots of energetic moves the infamous DJ Derek would get the dance floor pumping with a wide range of music from the 70's through to the current day. Would definitely recommend a visit

We stayed here in July for a week and chose it for its location and family friendly reputation. It is a bit dated and the rooms were small but very clean and tidy for 3 star accommodation. We booked all inclusive with Thomson but not realising there was 2 different options and I would have been better upgrading at the hotel as had to pay a full adult price for my 10 year old. I could have just booked half board and got a drinks package once I had arrived. It was a fantastic location for a choice of beaches, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We are here for a week, arrived last night, check in was easy and room is comfortable and clean, balcony with see view, slight smell in bathroom but resolved after speaking to Recpn, safe didn't work then found out had to pay €3.40/day to use it - bit expensive. Wi-Fi €30 for single device at one time use for the week. All inclusive actually means, Full Board with benefits !! There are only 3 snacks on lunch menu you can have as all inclusive, including a burger but you can't have cheese on it, and chips aren't included - €3.40 a plate (large plate but still not included). Bfast was exceptional, fab choice as was eve dinner, good quality and good choice, didn't check lunch choice in restaurant. Eve entertainment by poolside very good with kids disco and flamenco cabaret. All local drinks included but not named brands, beer is good, Some cocktails included but not a Mojito, even with upgraded premier all inclusive still cost €6 - but a top notch Mojito. Pre booked late checkout in advance cost another €60 for extra 6 hours in room on day of departure, worth it if leaving late evening. Staff all very friendly and happy to help. Looking forward to the rest of the weeks stay :)
