Well kept property in the port and convenient to ferries to the islands and walking distance to Main Street.

Clean and convenient, friendly stuff, awesome view, very quiet and safe

Very clean, courteous staff, good sized rooms with balcony view of the harbor. Conveniently located.

Anchor In was a great little spot in Hyannis. The room was great with large sized bathroom, desk, tv, chair, comfortable bed, and a great walk out patio. The rooms have decks and patios and the view from the room is awesome! The view of the harbor is perfect and you can walk a few steps up the street and watch the ferry from the docks. Breakfast was very nice with several different types of mini quiches, bagels, coffee, tea, etc. One of the reasons that we chose this In was due to the breakfast reviews and they weren't wrong. You could tell everything was fresh and wasn't made in bulk or microwaved. As far as location goes, Anchor In was super easy to get to. We came down from NH and it was in a nice spot that was near main roads but by no means noisy. The property is also extremely convenient for walking downtown. You're a five minute walk to multiple restaurants, bars, shops, and the JFK Museum (which is a must see). Overall, I would say that Anchor In lived up to and exceeded the expectations that we had. The property is well cared for, breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and well furnished, it's quiet, and super easy to get into downtown. If you're looking for a place on the Cape, this should be on your short list for sure.

Beautiful view, great breakfast, relaxing pool, comfortable beds.

Great location to walk to ferries and restaurants. Loved to view of the water. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Wanted to try a local hotel rather than a big chain and I made the right choice. The Anchor was so clean, the staff absolutely amazing and it sits in a beautiful New England setting. I would recomend and and stay again here.

Anchor In is ideally located to the ferries for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The location is also ideal for a 10-15 minute walk to main street. Main Street is full of wonderful shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons: Very noisy a/c. Terrible bed and pillows. Pros: Nice location. Excellent food. Overall, it is too much $400 for this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our family. Beautiful view of the marina, rooms were very comfortable and we had a balcony. The grandkids loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast was great and we could walk to the ferry to go to Nantucket. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed first time at the hotel. The check in process was easy and the person was super nice. She showed us around. The room was clean and quite large, the bed was comfortable. The view from the room's balcony was very nice, overlooking the harbor. The breakfast was good and filling. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Great relaxing experience!

Dear Alen Thank you for choosing the Anchor In. We're sorry about your less than perfect stay with us. We discussed your concerns after your first nights stay. I suggested that we move you to a different guest room that was larger at the same rate so that you would be more comfortable and you declined. Your daily rate was $359. not $400. We'd be thrilled to see you and your family again and it would be my pleasure to assist you.
