PARKING:
There is no garage access for guests, driveway (6 vehicles), boat/ATV/ trailer parking available. Please limit all vehicles to 6 maximum. Please send an inquiry for approval of RVs, large trailers and more than 6 vehicles.

*NOTE: This pool does not have a heater and cannot be heated* Pool is 5 ft at the deep end and 3 ft at the shallow end. Pool towels are provided. There is no hot tub. VRBO sometimes checks this box as a glitch in their system.

The TV is streaming only, no live TV. Bring your sign on info for streaming accounts.

The fireplace is for looks only, non-operational.

HOUSE RULES -

1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING (NO EXCEPTIONS)
PARKING: The garage is not available for guest use. There is a preferred 6 vehicle maximum on the property. Vehicles include cars, trucks, RVs, trailers, ATVs and boats. If you plan to bring trailers, toy haulers or RVs, please message host to discuss and get approval before booking. If you anticipate more than 6 vehicles, please make an inquiry to discuss with host.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 10 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund.

3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the VRBO platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fees: There is a $300 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. In some instances, you can order a late checkout service, or early check-in, for an additional fee, but it is subject to the house-keepers availability that day and is not guaranteed. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.

6) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-7 AM.

7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.

8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You are expected to be tidy. You are asked to start and a load of towels and the dishwasher before departure. Please be sure to shake off any sand before entering. Also do not bring any glitter into the home.

9) We don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.

10) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

11. Please do not ride ATVs or dirt bikes on the property

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 8 outwardly facing exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell. 1 faces the pool, 2 are on the front patio, 5 face the perimeter. All cameras actively and continuously record video. The ring doorbell actively records audio and video. 3 noise decibel monitors are present, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor.
