Decent Breaksfast and clean premises
Rooms - large and nicely furnished, bathroom has no tub but a big shower. Our AC did not work well. We called and maintenance came right away. But room did not cool down much even after they fixed AC. Food - Hotel is quite large with several restaurants, but mostly with buffet style meals. Huge choices of food with the buffets, but all of average quality. Best thing was the freshly cooked egg station. Facilities - Hotel has a small beach and an even smaller pool considering the size of the hotel. Grounds are well maintained. There are pool and beach bars serving drinks. Good to get drinks there for the All Inclusive plan. Location - You can walk form hotel into town where there are many shops. Reception - Not the most friendly or helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 8 pm, which we thought was strange. No explanation or apology. Just told us to go to restaurant to eat and wait. Overall - Average hotel catering mostly to Russian tourists, good value for the price.
Enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Holidays Resort. The staff were very friendly and always asked if we were enjoying our stay. The food was delicious and a lot of choice. The restaurants as well as the Buffet all offered a very good choice and restaurant staff were very attentive. The rooms were clean and we were pleased with the beach staff who tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The only negative on the beach is not directed to the hotel staff, but the guests who hoarded the wind breakers, just would be nice for people to be considerate and fair.
