Good stay but area in and around hotel was messy because of construction but that was understandable. It was only a one night stay for us and I would not recommend a longer stay until renovations are completed.

Completely under construction. Found a razor blade on the floor inside our room, left from the carpet installers. There was plastic wrappers left on the floor in our room. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was leaking water.

The property is being renovated, so lots of construction material inside and the smell of drywall mudding, etc. My room was renovated and excellent. I’m sure the next time I stay there, the property will be 5*

The property was fully under construction. The parking lot was a mess with construction debris, cigarette butts, and coffee cups littered everywhere. The entrance to the hotel was full of construction materials. There there was no sign indicating that the hotel was even open. The hallways and stairwells were completely torn apart, and the smell of paint fumes in the hallway was nauseating. The room itself was lovely, newly renovated, with a very comfortable bed. There was no microwave in the room as advertised, and the fridge didn’t work very well. While, we did not expect our bed to be made or linens changed, we did expect a refresh of coffee and cups. This did not happen. The staff were kind, and helpful. This is considered an affordable/budget hotel, however, considering the amount of construction going on and the utter inconvenience of the entryway I would’ve expected a much better price for two nights accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel until all the construction is complete.

Hotel room itself is well laid out but missing a microwave and such due to renovations. Staff can be rude and no reasonable breakfast. For full price maybe go somewhere else more well elstablished.

Well the property is under renovations... linda wierd that there isnt even an area rug... or aomething to help with the chilly floors.. i get it for hygienist reasons... but still would have added a feel of "home".
