Beautiful and spacious

We had a great stay at this property! It was beautiful, spacious and clean. The property owner was easy to work with. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great getaway with all the amenities

We took our family up Thanksgiving weekend and were surprised by all the amenities and the fully equipped kitchen and spacious and comfortable living areas. We especially loved having our own private hot tub on our patio. Great community and beautiful scenery! We would definitely book this place again!

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great trip! Clean & well cared for. Great views of the reservoir. Check-in / check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Great location, Great condo, Great value

We had a great time. Unit was very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. Great location for skiing/snowboarding and the price point was prefect for our group. Communication with the owner was also great. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, clean, but sort of worn out

It is wonderful space, and was clean. We couldn't get the beaters to work, there was a broken knife, the door latches of the front door and downstairs exit to the hot tub were really loose, the clubhouse lock was completely busted and the pool table only had one usea lenstick. It was nice, and all the amenities were technically there, but it just seemed work out.

Sweet Deal in the mountains

We really enjoyed our stay. Brady was always quick to respond and very helpful with our questions and couple of small issues. It's rare to find such commitment to service. The place was beautiful with a view of the mountains and a short walk to Pineview. It's a quick (and gorgeous) drive through the canyon to unlimited restaurants and activities. The place was well stocked and extra care was given to the little things (like nice toilet paper). It was clean, well maintained, and overall an incredible value for the area. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is nice, but it wasn't cleaned well before we arrived and there was no vacuum available to use. The main floor had nit been vacuumed and we found crumbs everywhere and lots of long black hair on the couches and rugs. I also found a wadded up tissue on the table in the master bedroom.

Nice place

The place was good and had everything we needed and very spacious, but it’s a little run down. The hot tub was broken and we were informed of this upon arrival which was a bummer since this was a key point to why we chose the place. There’s a community jacuzzi but it’s not very close and one day the fob key didn’t work while I froze Outside the gate. Some things were old like the cookware and the mattress. I would Go back but hopefully it gets some maintenance attention. The manager was very responsive.

I would stay here again

We had a great stay at this wonderfully located condo. Brady, the owner, was prompt to answer all of my questions. The condo was in great shape, the view was amazing and we really had a great time. I would highly recommend booking a stay at this unit.

Damaged and run down

This home had a fair amount of damage. Broken and missing blinds, even in the bedroom so we had to change in the bathroom. Door knobs falling off. The sliding glass door to the balcony was broken and hard to even open. The back patio was full of debris and the furniture was dusty and dirty. The carpet was fairly stained and felt quite filmy on our bare feet. The neighborhood pool had broken glass all over the deck and our kids cut their feet which was a shame. The cups and dishes in the home were all cloudy and filmy. I felt like I had to wash a cup before I could fill it and drink from it. The sheets were clean and the kitchen was in decent shape. Not a total disaster but the home felt pretty damaged and rundown. Certainly not the worst house we've stayed in but far from the best.

Comfortable Way to Enjoy Huntsville UT

All aspect of our stay was great. Host was easy to work. Home was nicely furnished and had everything our family needed. We especially enjoyed the public pool and private hot tube. The home was close to Eden and Huntsville, very close to Pineview lake. Also close to several great hiking trails.
