This Historic Spanish Beach Bungalow on Main Street in Huntington Beach is ideally situated for walking to the beach, pier, Pacific City outdoor mall, restaurants, pubs, cafes, surf shops, cinema, and nightlife. It has been professionally furnished and renovated with new plumbing and electrical for your convenience.
The main house has beautiful wood floors throughout and consists of:- A spacious Living room with an arched picture window, wood burning fireplace and an entertainment center. A formal Dining room with large corner windows, let in warm sunshine and cool ocean breeze. A fully stocked Kitchen with new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a toaster oven. An antique Wedgwood stove is surrounded by charming original 1930's kitchen cabinets resurfaced in a soft French grey amid beautiful Mission tile floor.
Master suite 1 - has two full beds and a walk-in closet.
Master suite 2 - has one queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 - has one twin daybed, built-in shelving and window seat.
(Master) Bathroom 1 is spacious and has both a tub and (separate) shower. The vessel sink sits on a white Calacuta stone countertop.
Bathroom 2 is private and has a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been professionally renovated and have all new plumbing faucets and fixtures.
For your convenience two sets of stacking Washer/Dryer have been provided on the property. One set is situated in a common Hall closet between the Main house and Guest Quarters, and the second set is found in the garage.
In the Main house you’ll find a total of 4 beds which could sleep 5 persons comfortably if a couple occupies the queen bed.
A beautiful front flower garden on Main St. and a rear fruit garden facing Palm Avenue, surround the property and a tranquil courtyard separates the Main house from the Guest Quarters.
A two car garage facing Palm Ave is shared and has been recently renovated. It is available upon request, in addition to free street parking on Main St. and Palm Ave.
PRICED SEPARATE - is an additional 2 story Guest House at the back facing Palm Ave. entrance. It could accommodate up to 5 additional guests and consists of 2 levels. Each level can be rented separately or as one Upper and Lower Guest house unit.
LOWER level has a bright and airy sitting area (or bedroom 4) with a single daybed. Kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and a toaster. Bedroom 5 is private and has one full size bed situated in a cozy arched alcove. You'll find a large walk-in closet and an additional newly renovated Bathroom 3 with a walk-in shower. Sleeps 2 comfortably.
UPPER level has an open landing kitchenette with a farm sink, mini counter fridge, another under counter fridge and an electric kettle. Bedroom 6 is bright and spacious and has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Adjacent you'll find an office/bedroom 7 with 2 small closets and a trundle bed, which opens to two single beds. If used as a bedroom, guests will share a bathroom with BR 6. Sleeps 3 people. Guest house/Mother in Law Quarters can be accessed through a common Hall from the main house or a separate exterior porch.
Well behaved, potty trained small dogs are allowed with prior permission from host.
