The good - Front desk staffs were great. Polite. Willing to help immediately. The bad - 1. Room smelled cigarettes smoking so bad when checked in. 2. Room facing the river are not sound insulated. Music and noise from the bar were terrible at night until 1AM. 3. Bell staffs tried to hook us up with cyclos standing in front. I haven't experienced this with other hotels. Other hotel staffs always asked if we needed taxi, never with other means of transportation. 4. Room furniture is dated. 5. Hotel has no AC in lobby, hallway and elevator. 6. Hotel does not enforce their no smoking rule. Its customers smoke anywhere, any time. It stinks in the hallway, lobby, elevator... 7. Breakfast area is chaotic. If sit outside, one can't get back in if the door is closed. No way to open from outside. Suggestion - Enforce smoking rule due to respect for other customers. Hotel needs to kick its customers out or impose heavy fine (via deposit) if they violated the rule. Some customers may have severe allergy with smoking.

We're checking in a room with over humidity the moisture stays covered all the glass windows with a terrible smell. After complaining they're switching to another room which is exceptional although still has some smell but not too bad. Overall the 2nd room worth the money and staying. Breakfast foods seam like leftover but the service is excellent

On checking out, they asked if you drank something in the room. The โ€œnoโ€ answer was not enough to let you leave; they kept you sticking around until the workers verified it. Your integrity was questioned over a couple dollars at most! What a treatment you got after a four nights stay!

Great location and comfortable

Nice hotel in central Hue. Staff especially at breakfast buffet are super polite and friendly. Rooms are comfortable but feel a little outdated (maybe just the decoration).
