Go somewhere else, you've been warned!
Not very clean, mucky, grubby, I only recommend 1 night here if you HAVE to stay. You can pay a dollar extra in Hue and get the Ritz Carlton In comparison. Avoid.

The room was okay, but the staff was completely indifferent. Most of the times a boy sat at the reception busy playing video games, who could neither speak English, nor interested to answer any questions. We were given a 4th floor room and no help was offered to help us haul the luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor (no stairs). When I protested, they reluctantly gave us a hand. Overall, the hotel lacked any hospitable behaviour from the staff, who were actually absent.

Nice budget accomodation, close to main attraction
Nice room with private bathroom and air con and fan. They offer tours and bike rental if you wish. Nice people willing to help. Cheap and comfortable. Iโll totally recommend this guesthouse if you planning to stay a couple of days in Hue
