the hotel is so pretty and clean. All the facility is good, food, location are the best. And people are nice too. I will come back here with my all family next vacation. It was the most greatest vacation I ve ever had.
The Staff are very friendly and efforts (particularly Mantana and Mani). GM is arrogant and unsuited, he holds no contact to the guests and to the staffs in all area, how during the day always problems occurrence. and so the Hotel is not a 5 Star Hotel (it`s a real pity).
This is our 2nd visit this year, happy to be back after half a year. Always love to travel where there is InterContinental as Platinum Ambassador member. We have got a short time off so decided to fly to Thailand and have some relaxing time in Hua Hin. Stayed for 2 night and we happened to join the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, which was absolutely wonderful experience, cocktail reception, traditional music instrument played by Thai kids, and of course celebrating the first day of this beautiful lighting throughout the hotel. I was told they do this event every year so this also is a good time to travel here if not Christmas. I wish I could stay longer but definitely coming back soon.
Third time in Intercon Hua Hin, and yet again a memorable stay. This no longer a coïncidence. The staff are great, from front office to back officie . From concierge team to pool restaurant team, not forgetting the breakfast team. We'll be back.
Wonderful experience at Club InterContinental. We have been staying at IHG Hotels for quite some time already and guess Club InterContinental here in Hua Win is just wonderful. Beautiful club lounge located in front of ocean, very generous for evening cocktail as you can even choose the venue, very friendly and attentive staffs, and of course the room comfortable to stay at. First time visit here but we got so in love more with hotel than Hua Win itself, such a lovely place where you can just relax in elegant way. Visited in Nov 2017, weather was just great as it was not so humid. I do hope to come back again next year.
My recent stay in their top tier Le Hua Hin Residence Villa was my worse experience ever. We left our money pouch and wallets containing SGD well hidden in our bags during our stay and it was to our horror to realize that all our SGD notes worth more than $1300 were gone from the wallets and money pouch. The thief has carefully taken out the money from our money pouch and wallets then placed them back emptied into our bags to avoid suspicion. The plot is good to steal only SGD, knowing that we will not realize till we are back in our home country as we don’t use SGD currency in Thailand. We have reported to the hotel upon discovery when we had to use SGD back home. Their investigations left us disappointed as they gave us the usual reply that they can’t find any evidence of theft. This is like telling us that our money has sprouted wings or legs and they managed to get out of our bag on their own and disappeared into thin air. We trusted the hotel and the integrity of their employees but we are sorely disappointed.
Excellent property. We booked the Club Level room and it was worth every penny.. Breakfast every morning in a private beautifully appointed room, afternoon tea, private checking in and out, Happy hour every evening. You wouldn’t have to leave the property if you choose not to. The staff in the Club Room was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely come here again when we make it back to Hua Hin.
Luxury life at Huahin. I have the best memory during stay, friendly staff, fantastic hotel, and good taste food. And moreover Hotel have the ticket for Vananava water park as complimentary also. the price is reasonable with my expect. Intercontinental Hua Hin is my best hotel and I will back again!!
We went straight from Bangkok airport to Hua Hin by private taxi (tip: book in advance for a good price). Once arrived here after a 3.5 hour trip we were welcomed by the fantastic staff with a cold drink. We stayed here 4 nights, 5 days. We had the classic room which was spacious even with a baby cot in your room, you still have enough space left. As for the location the hotel is approx. 5/10 min ride to the city center. There is a huge shopping mall across the hotel (blue port) which has everything you need (including supermarket). There are many restaurants and foodcourt on the ground floor if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. The hotel has two swimming pools including a hot water pool for kids. My two kids spent a lot of time in the pools, every day they wanted to go for a swim. There is also a kids club, which is quite small but fun. My daughter loved the staff and went there almost every day after breakfast. Their breakfast is really one of the very best. There is a wide selection of Asian and a Western food. They have different types of fresh bread which I don’t see often. We stayed at the Peninsula in Bangkok and their breakfast could not beat this (their breakfast is often praised in reviews). We would definitely stay here again.
I was a very lucky one to have experienced such a lovely Japanese food at InterContinental Hua Hin. This beautiful dining event held was with Japanese Michelin star chef, Mr. Takagi from Kobe, Japan. This was one of the best food I have ever tried, with great Sake! Room was nicely decorated and food presentation was just wonderful too. I heard this was a first event with Japanese Michelin star in Hua Hin, I really hope this will be a regular event!
