This is my first stay at Ibis Hua Hin. I do checked in online so it's make me very convenience when I arrive to the hotel just grab the key and go! Check in staff was nice even she look a bit tired. Room is small but clean and full equipped e.g. hair dryer, kettle and small fridge. There is some toiletries set up in bathroom. Hotel do provided car park area for guests and they have a shuttle bus service to Night Market as well. From the hotel you just walk 5 minutes to the beach. Breakfast not too much choice but not too bad for me.
I have recently stayed here for 12 nights. Very clean tidy hotel, with some of the friendliest helpful staff I have ever met. Special commendation to Marissa P. The only other comments are the buffet breakfast is 95% Asian, I do not eat rice for breakfast, but the croissants were nice. In the room, which was a disabled room, at my request, very spacious but only a very small amount of storage. BE WARNED!!, the bathroom floor becomes like a skating rink when wet, very dangerous!!.
The overal experience at IBIS Hua Hin was slightly above average. The rooms are acceptable in terms of the price paid and had all the basic amenities you would expect, (hairdryer did not work though) The breakfast buffet offers little variety, but at least the restaurant was clean and staff were helpful. As the hotel has over 200 rooms you would expect a larger size car park attached to the property itself. We had to park our car at a another location which is not necessarily far from the hotel (5 min walk), but very inconvenient when traveling with children. The hotel location and pool are good.
Nice hotel. The front desk staffs are helpful. The room is clean. Would be better if can increase the frequency and also drop off points of the shuttle bus. Would be nice if the breakfast has more variety.
This ibis is the worst ibis in the world the sttaf very very bad they have manager and assistant tarable I advise every one not to go to this hotel if he don't want his pressure to be high the assistance manager is very bad lady and her manager is bad like her
I have stayed at Ibis/Mercury/Novotel hotels very often and this was the worst experience ever for an Accorhotels chain property. We had prepaid for a five-night stay but chose to leave after two days. The staff was surly and unhelpful. I have a physical handicap and when I asked for a chair in my room (there wasn't one) I was told that they don't have chairs. The room had the standard Ibis facilities with the addition of an amount of dust under the bed. The restaurant had the same menu as at least one other Ibis hotel restaurant in Thailand (Ibis Riverside in Bangkok) but the difference was that the cooking and the service was awful here. The only positive thing at the hotel was the very helpful parking attendant.
Staffs are nice Rooms are quite clean Dogs are allowed to stay Small bathroom Good location: short walking to beach and further for weekend night craft market, the Cicada Market Shuttle bus has been provided for commute to downtown
Staff and services were great. Rooms and cleanliness were just average maybe it was a busy long weekend. There was a shuttle bus to the night market and it was nice. I'm still happy to be Accor's member.
We stayed there 9 nights. Room is clean. and everything is in it. Breakfast is good. Near the beach. Balcony. Some of the staff are not friendly, and don t way the customers. wich is a Thai custom. Overal good.
Not all their front desk staff speaks English. I am an Accor hotel member and check in online using the Accor app. When I arrived at 4pm, I was told my room was not ready even though the check in time is 2pm. I was made to wait 15 minutes before I was given my room. The shower area is small and the shampoo and bath gel is so controlled you have to ask for more everytime. No tooth brush is provided and it cost 30 baht if you want one. I book the free shuttle to and from the clock tower area in town. The worst part is the driver forget to come and pick us up at the scheduled time if 8.20pm even though I was waiting since 8pm. I had to call the hotel at 8.22pm and the front desk staff told me that the time is over for pick up and I had to explain to her in whatever English sh3 could understand and finally they realised that they had missed my booking and immediately sent the driver to pick us up. I had in total waited for about an hour before the driver came to pick us up. There are so many hotels in hua hin, I would avoid this hotel.
