Although this hotel is one of the very few hotels in Hua Hin that allows pets, DO NOT bring your pet here. I was walking my small Havanese directly across the street from the hotel (literally 30 meters away) when three dogs bolted out of the makeshift food stall bloicking the sidewalk and attacked her while on a leash. As I jumped on her (injuring myself), a dog bit me. If my wife or anyone else not so quick would have been walking her, she would have been torn to shreds before their eyes. The hotel security guard saw the whole thing and never even yelled to get the dogs off of her. I called the police and they talked to the owner who still refuses to pay anything (my dog is still in the hospital 2 weeks later) and said they had told the hotel to warn their guests NOT to come across the street with dogs. I don't know if that's trye or not, but I do know that the hotel staff seemed indifferent and when I tried to borrow one of their cheap luggage carts to take my dog to the hospital (she had a huge hole in her belly), they refused. No compassion whatsoever. BEWARE of this hotel.

Good service, good attitude service giver, clean room, comfortable bed, small bathroom but provided all we need, lovely breakfast, worth the price according to the service, facility, location which is close to 24hr convenience store and night market.

I stayed two nights with my family The hotel is well located & facilities are perfect for a short break Transportation to the town is easy & inexpensive Most of all, the management & staff of this hotel are so very friendly & helpful I would definitely return

Nice staff. Always friendly within my stay here... Nice hotel. Room is really comfortable with full facilities... Nice place. Very near Cicada night market, the best market here in my opinion here... Will be back if I have a chance!!!

I blame myself for not looking at the map on Accors website! We decided to walk from the trains station, thinking it was only a few blocks. 5-6kms later, we arrived at the hotel. It is now where near the centre of Hua Hin, maybe a 4km. For eating we walked 20-30 mins to a shopping mall. Technically this place is not in Hua Hin as we passed the city limits sign on the way. It was a weekend so the place was packed, seemingly with Chinese tour groups. There seemed to e.g. Some sort of dog convention on as the place was heading with dogs. Apparently, the hotel is dog friendly but signs clearly state - one dog per room. We saw many people with 3 or 4. We love dogs but really don't want to be surrounded by them in a hotel. It was quite noisy most nights for some reason these tour groups need to prop their room doors open and shout to one another down the corridors. Apart from these gripes, it was a standard ibis - you know what you are getting basic, but good quality accomodation. We stay in Accor hotels at all levels all over the world. This is one we definitely won't be returning to.

Stayed in Ibis Hua Hin on 17 Aug and checked out on 19 Aug. This is a small budget hotel, room is rather small, toilet also very small, have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide. It is 10 mins walk to Cicada night market. Overall is an average hotel if you are looking for cheap hotel.

A great hotel that I was stayed every time when I get to Hua Hin. The room was cool with full facility and there have a shuttle bus to the shopping mall too. only 5 minute walk down to the beach. Breakfast were many more choice nearly a swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful Overall is good for a budget traveller

Room was small but adequate for us. Near Cicada which is the best to place to be during the weekend. Weather was very cooperative. My only complaint is the breakfast. We were supposed to leave early at 6 am. There were 2 advertisement for breakfast. We decided to opt for the cheaper one however it was confusing or probably miscommunication with the staff because they charge us the more expensive one.

We stayed twice at this hotel with a very decent location. The check in was friendly and efficient although a bit impersonal. The rooms were good and clean as expected and the pool fine. The Breakfast was ok but not as good as at the IBIS Riverside in Bangkok. The wifi fast and stable and the price very good value for all. What more can you ask for. A special mention to the security guards who are super friendly and polite greeting customers and helping with car parking and luggage great dedication to their jobs. Well done. We shall return.

I just stop for one night in my long car driving. Professional receptionists, the room was brand new and clean all set up on the American standard. The price reasonable and the restaurant was no to bad.
