You are a very unusual hotel in that you allow dogs to reside in the rooms. Why did you not inform me of that during booking or during check in. I (like 99% of hotel users) would never ever knowingly book a hotel where rooms accommodate dogs. For that reason I would like compensation. The many other problems we endured like dirty towels and malfunctioning key cards etc etc were annoying and I accept your previous apology for them.

Stay here for 1 night. Only thing that I'm not happy is some guests came back to hotel very late at night and make some noise that wake me up in the middle of the night but it's uncontrollable circumstance. Hotel is located approximately just around 5-10 mins walk from Cicada market. There are few convenience stores nearby as well. Breakfast is at the expected standard from Ibis. Taste good and has variety of breakfast. Overall, I'm satisfy with my stay.
Good hotel as expected from Ibis hotels ( stay in few other before always good) room was big and nice with nice breakfast and decent coffee. Hotel itself is outside the main area of town but you can jump in free rides that go from hotel every hour i think that will take you to main parts also beach is not far from hotel just behind only short walk from it.
I just wanted to express myself over really bad experience at Ibis Hua Hin this time in March 2018. ( Checked in 18th & Checked out 24th of March 2018 ) This is the second time I stayed at Ibis Hua Hin, last time that I stayed was in 2017 & was not so bad except one incident, but this time I really was disappointed over the person at the reception. The problem started with internet ( WiFi ) the user name & password that they have given to me did not work, therefore I called reception to inform the problem, the answer was that they would check it up, and let me know the result by return. I have waited more than 30 min., but nothing …. ? why ? So, I called them up again, then they gave me a new user name & password as I called them up.( If I waited a lot longer ….. what happens ? ) The new password functioned for a day, then again it did not work anymore, so I had to call them up, and again I received a new password after having struggled a lot. After two days, again the same thing happened, so I went down to the reception as no one answered the phone at 19:05 on 22nd & told about the problem again, the man ( Boy ) at the reception has told me that I should wait as he is sending some one to check the problem, but even two hours later no one showed up, therefore I had to stay in the room & ate something for the evening. The day next ( 23rd of March at 15:00 ) I saw the man at the reception, so I asked him why he did not send me anyone last night, but all what he game me as an answer was to nothing but excuse himself. I know the hotel is not as expensive as the other, & has enough client with out me, but this is not the way the staff has to treat a client. I do not know if I want to stay there in 2019.
This hotel is value for money. Much better than the Ibis Sathorn at Bangkok. Room is pretty small but ok. Just that there is no desk so it’s very hard to do work with laptop (there is only a long side table for the kettle). The balcony is unnecessary actually, makes the place looks a bit creepy. Breakfast is ok but not much spread.
We have stayed here 3 times when visiting Hau Hin. Nice clean comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and support English. Good location with the beach only a short walk. A taxi ride to and from the center is only a 150 baht. There is also a free hotel shuttle. Night markets with good food are only a short walk. The breakfast is ok but becomes a bit boring if staying a long time. I will continue to stay here on my next visits. Great value
Had a good stay here,Room was nice,The location isn't great but you know that before you book. The reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is i felt the reception staff to be very miserable on both arriving and departing,Maybe they were having a bad day.
A very nice Ibis hotel. Very clean and well cared for. Swimming pool looks nice but we didn’t use it. Good choices for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. We took the local bus into the centre and back, and also to Monkey mountain. Very nice stay for a few days
Staff was welcoming in reception, got room on 5th floor with a small balcony but sufficient. Some noice from main road when on balcony, in room quiet. All amenities in room, large towels and even pool towels in wardrobe. In case of emergency there was even a rechargeable torch in the wardrobe. Safe in place for valuables. 2bottles of water complementary daily. Breakfast buffet with most stuff, unsweetened natural yogurt and real juices, no bacon though. But bread is always a challenge to find to fit my taste, no real dark bread, no fresh bakery goods. Located at a busy street, and about 1km to the beach. Few eating places to choose from in the neighborhood. A bit stuck there. Bad side walks for pedestrians. Very good value in total!
