Looks nice, but has quite a few issues

The hotel exterior is really well done and the rooms look in good shape overall at first glance, but we had quite a few issues. At check in, the front desk staff were rude. When we showed them the reservation number, they took a while to find it and made it seem like it was our fault. We got to our room and it was pretty dirty. There were smudges on the counter and mirror, what looked like body fluid and drink stains on the sofa and comforter. I asked for another blanket and they said it would cost 200 baht. We were allowed 2 towels per person and had to walk to the lobby to exchange them. Towels weren’t offered at the pool so this was an inconvenience. Also, the toilet seat was broken and mold was present on the grout and caulking. Lastly, the fire escape was locked and while I’m sure it was locked for security, this presents a life and safety hazard. Overall the place looks nice to draw people in, but things are dirty and we felt we got nickel and dimed for everything. I’m not normally the type to leave a bad hotel review, but service was bad enough We felt we had to warn others to find someplace else.

I was rudely tteated by a staff member who was cooking eggs, when i politely asked her a question i was completely ignored not once but 3 times and by her looks and attitude it can only be construed as a this lady was ' racist '

Fantastic service!

I will start by saying that the service was fantastic. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I would hilly recommend this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the room we stayed in for the first 2 nights was in the older building. The bathrooms where old and although they where clean, the silicone around the edges of the tub where yellowing making them look dirty. I felt this was not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. We transferred to the newer building for our last 2 nights and the rooms where very nice. I am told that these bathrooms will be renovated in the future.

Da wo das hotel ist, ist kein strand.langer weg bis zum Nachtmarkt.Das Bad mit Badewanne ist schön war aber nicht sauber und kein heisses wasser zum baden.Da nützt auch nicht der 2 Fernseher über der Badewanne.Frühstück vor Ort anschauen und entscheiden ob man es will kostet 200 THB. Neuer Motorroller im Hotel zum leihen ohne probleme.

Good place to stay chilled with gd staffs

Nice stay during weekend. Close to both the beach and the center of Huahin. This place is filled witht faciltiy that made children enjoy as well as the adults do.

จนท.ขับรถกอล์ฟดี สระเด็กลูกเล่นสนุก นอกนั้นไม่ชอบ เช่น ตอนเช็คอินฟร้อนท์สตัฟชี้ ๆ ให้เดินไปทางนั้นเพื่อไปห้อง ไม่มีจนท.อื่นมาเทคแคร์ต่อ ต้องเดินหาลิฟท์เข้าตึกแบบงง ๆ (พักตึกเก่า) ต้องเดินกลับมาถามอีกรอบ พี่คนขับรถกอล์ฟเลยเดินมาชี้ให้เอง ในห้องเหมือนเตรียมอะไรให้ไม่สุด เข้าใจมั้ย เช่น ถังขยะไม่มีถุงรองก่อน ทิ้งไรไปมันก็จะสกปรกถังขยะ คราบเดิมมีให้เห็น (ไม่เคยเจอ ขี้เหนียวถุง) ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้แค่ 2 ผืนใหญ่ (แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่ามีเด็กด้วย รวม 3 คน) มันต้องเตรียมเผื่อให้ลูกค้าอีกผืนรึเปล่า ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็กเช็ดผมก็ไม่มี ตลก ห้องเหมือนปิดมานานไม่มีคนพัก (Jr Suite) ให้ห้องมาพักแต่ไม่ได้รีเช็คอีกรอบมั้ง อ่างมีผม คือรวม ๆ ดูไม่สะอาดอะ สรุปไม่ชอบ คงไม่มาพักอีก

Not bad!

Overall, it's a nice hotel that has a good interior design and comfortable ambience. However, some lights were not working, the toilet had a bad smell probably due to drainage system and met with a blackout during the stay. Hotel staff were friendly and tried to assist us to their best ability.

Stay away

Staw away from this condo. It is not a Hotel and the staff who are suppose to give you the key never responded to us. Hotels.com had to fix everything for us. We had 3 rooms, all with defective details. 1 room had no TV. 1 room the shower flooded and 1 room the kitchen was broken. We were ignored when we asked for help with the flooding shower. No response. When we were leaving the staff did not even show up to get our keys and give us deposit back. We had to wait for them before we could go to our next destination. The area is filled with construction work with ALOT of noise. The rooms were dirty when we arrived and we had to pay for cleaning we never recieved! Wifi in all the rooms were terrible

Allas-alue erittäin mukava ja siisti. Sopii varmasti lapsiperheille myös. Huone kuitenkin kulahtanut,epäkäytännöllinen ja vanhanaikainen. Hotellin aula tyylikäs, baari ei kuitenkaan käytössä ja hotellissa ei ollut ravintolaa. Ruon ja juoman ostaminen tapahtuu siis muualla. Ympäristö ei kummoinen. Plussaa että hotelli järjestää ilmaisia kyytejä keskustaan iltaisin. Henkilökunta auttavaista.

Liikaa luvattu !!!

Hotellissa ei ollut yhtään ruoka eikä juomamyyntiä avoinna eikä saanut edes tilaamalla. Mainostus vääryyttä.
