Welcome to our beautiful character apartment with it's own front door.
You'll be greeted by the character of the past; with charming original features. The space is a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary design, offering a stylish, cosy and inviting atmosphere
As you open the front door at ground level you step into the hallway and the door to our apartment leads off to the left and up the stairs.
Living Room: The lounge area is a spacious yet cosy haven for relaxation or family entertainment. There is a large sofa that seats 3, an arm chair a bay window and a feature fireplace.
TV & Media: The TV is a smart TV. You will need to use your own accounts.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a Kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, glasses and crockery for 4 guests. Everything you need to prepare a meal or snacks
Dining Area: The dining room table in the lounge comfortably seats 4
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Food & Wine Convenience Store a few minutes walk away
There is a Cafetiere ( tea and coffee sachets are provided. However, please provide your own ground coffee for the cafetiere)

The street is split between residents permits (zone R) and non permit timed spaces. On the other side of the railway, a short walk through the tunnel you can find unrestricted parking.

Mortimer Road and many nearby streets sit within Brighton & Hove controlled parking zones (where you usually need a resident permit or pay-and-display during daytime hours). Always check the signage before you park.

• Residential streets further out of permit zones – Some roads around Hove Park or the outskirts of residential zones can have unrestricted parking (no permit needed) — but this may involve a walk or short bus ride back to Mortimer Road. Always check local road signs.
