Everything about this hotel is just so cool. How everything is set up and the colours. This hotel has such an eccentric, laid back yet unique vibe. It’s hard to describe in words because you’ll just have to see for yourself and you might know what I mean! I love the couches and public spaces to chill and read a book or spend time with the Lord. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! My friend and I are from Vancouver, Canada and we were here for a church conference with Time of Celebration Ministries and we had a wonderful time! Thanks Tru! My only complaint is that the towel hooks aren’t in the bathroom lol I’d like to have my towel hung up inside so I can easily access it after I finished showering.

We had a terrible experience during the check in process. We were given Rm 207 and yet there were people inside already using the room. I complained to the receptionist and she told me that my name was booked for that room. Unfortunately, we were assigned to a different room that doesn't have a disability accommodation that we supposedly booked for my daughter. It was terrible and made us frustrated. We always book in this hotel because of the accessibility of the place that we wanted to go. No service recovery has been done to me and my family. FRUSTRATING!!!!!

The stay was okay. There were quite a few negatives. When arriving there were no carts so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The bathroom door needed some w-D 40 for squeakiness. The pointed edges of the bed got us 3 times due to poking out with no protective covers. This morning we went down for breakfast and the scrambled eggs bin was empty while the breakfast attendant stood in the corner in her phone. No carts to load our luggage to leave. Hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly.
