The first floor has a large entry with a spiral staircase and a large booklined library with a fireplace, an antique partners desk, Roku TVs, oriental rugs and flagstone throughout. Also a charming bathroom with a shower, and queen-size Murphy bed and separate entrance to the private swimming pool with waterfall fountain. The third floor has another guest bedroom with antique twin beds and full bath, and large balcony and the laundry. Also there is a lightfilled Artist's studio with North light. The house is 4,000 square feet so has plenty of room to spread out!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area.
