Nice hotel. Convenient. Typical room. The chair in the room was good to work in and comfortable.

I would like to receive a receipt upon checkout, but was told it would be emailed. Three days later I called back, was put on hold for eight minutes, and was informed that the only receipt I would receive is the one from Orbitz when I booked the rooms. I would like to have a receipt upon checkout showing no additional charges were made. This was a first for me.

The hotel is fine and it is clean. However I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. The first time when I checked in about 11:00 at night I was informed there was a computer glitch and my reserved room was not cleaned. The desk attendant said he personally put on clean bed sheets and bathroom linens but it wasn't as good as if the housekeeping staff did it. Ok stuff happens and I made it through that first night fine. When I checked in for my second stay I arrived at midnight and was informed the boiler had broken down but it had been repaired and they were waiting on the City to come and inspect the repair so the gas could be turned back on. He was convinced the City would be there soon. I was skeptical of his statement. He then went on to tell the City told him they would be there shortly after midnight.......a government inspection group working past 5:00 pm......are you serious? Needless to say in the morning there was no hot water and when I called first desk I was told they are just finishing the repair and it should be up in about 30-45 minutes. I doubt I will stay there again, but besides not being completely honest in what they tell their guests, it is an OK place to stay if you are business traveling and will only be there a day or two.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are comfy and quiet. The only thing I would improve is their water pressure. The rest is great!

Had a positive experience! Very clean and friendly staff!would recommend this hotel!

We were in town for just a short stay, but we were impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The beds were very comfortable, everything was just right! The complimentary breakfast was superb! We'll definitely recommend to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay and relax.

The hotel was "fancier" than all of the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed at. The room was very clean and the a/c worked great! The price was very reasonable as well. Only about 2 miles from the Woodlands Mall which was our attraction. Not a great location but for the price it was great. Not a lot of eating places around it though which is a downside.

Stayed at this location for the Woodlands Ironman Triathlon. It was away from the crowds, was quiet, and enjoyable. Typical amenities with a very friendly staff. Couldn't ask for any more at that price.

I was surprised at how big and comfortable the room was. The hotel was one of the few still available for my trip. I would recommend the hotel.

Minutes from the Hardy Toll Road and minutes from The Woodlands. Yes, the area is congested and over-built, but use the back entrance/exit on Oakhurst for easy access to Sawmill or Grogan's Mill (as you head towards The Woodlands the name of the road changes). Try to get on the 3rd floor as I imagine that you can hear footsteps from above on the lower floors.

My son and I went to a wrestling tournament and picked this hotel to stay at. Check in was easy, room was clean, bathroom was very clean, and I heard nothing from other rooms or traffic on the interstate. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but there were no bed bugs and I am a picky person when it comes to my mattress. Check out was also very quick and easy. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great stay.

Phone to front desk didn't work and we needed a plunger...just a hassle is all...otherwise great. The location of the hotel (although convenient) ... not so nice. Pool is skimpy for families although we didn't use it. Front desk help was superb.

Very nice hotel, staff really help you if you need something, rooms are very cleans, easy to reach hotel from I45, my kids enjoyed the pool, very quite.

I was there for one night, and they have very good continental breakfast with a pancake machine very convince. I use the Offices Business center, to check my email and Flight.

The accommodations were very nice. The beds need replacing because they sag to the center and the toilet seat needs tightening.....it slid from side to side. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have seen.

standard holiday inn express, older hotel. But clean and very nice staff!

The staff was friendly and booking [...] was easy as usual. I picked this hotel due to the price and reviews. It was not quite as nice as I had hoped as I had stayed in a Holiday Inn Express a couple of weeks prior to this trip and it was a new hotel. Naturally, it was very nice since it was so new. There was nothing really wrong with this hotel. Just an average hotel and the quality matched the price.

Although there was a light on that you couldn't turn off unless you unplug the fridge, the hotel was great. The beds were very comfy and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was OK, the front desk was friendly.

The hotel was going through some renovation, but my room was clean and my King bed was comfortable. The outdoor pool/hot tub area was small and right off the highway, but it would have been adequate had it been as clean as the hotel. The morning breakfast was the major disappointment as it had precooked omlettes which were not too appealing, but my friends and I liked the coffee! Overall a reasonably priced hotel with good access to the Woodlands golf courses and restaurants.

We went to Spring, TX for a family function and rented a hotel in The Woodlands. The Holiday Inn Express looked fairly new, the lobby and room were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It even had labeled pillows; soft and firm! The Woodlands is a beautiful city. That combined with a family reuninon and a wonderful hotel stay made this a great trip!
