Access was easy, but there is no futon in the unit. It is (1) bed and (1) couch with an autumn that made the couch more “bed like”. My friend had a rough nights sleep.

Cozy "French" retreat

It was much as advertised and near to our family whom we visited. The only edit which should be made to the description is that there wasn't a futon bed; it was a sectional couch with no additional sheet/cushion.

Great location in a quaint neighborhood.

My daughter and I came to the Spring area to visit my son. I know Houston has its issues but this area of Houston is very nice. I felt safe and enjoyed our stay. The carriage house we stayed in is very nice and we would recommend it. We will stay there again when we come back to Texas.
