Love the breakfast
Friendly staff. Very clean. Enjoyed breakfast. L have stayed there twice and look forward to my next stay later this month.
Upon my check in I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. That could have went terribly wrong and every day I had to go to the front desk to gain access to my room and I asked the manager about a adjustment for all of my inconvenience and she promised she would take care of me unfortunately she did nothing

Room, bed and area (close to airport (20-30 mins) are comfortable however, someone had to come and fix the TV and even when I pointed it out, no toilet top was ever put on. Rather tacky!
WiFi was most impossible to log on to and staff was no help. They just said a lot of people can't connect to WiFi. I was unable to get the work done I was in the area for. Also the TV set up was something I never encountered before and was with no stations worth watching. I was totally bored and and left with nothing to do.

Location was great and was close to other shopping facilities and the highway. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. My stay was quiet which I more than appreaciated.
Hotel was very conveniently located near a freeway, shopping, and dining, but was very quiet and comfortable. Rooms were large, very clean, and checking in/out made easy by the friendly staff. Planning to stay here again!

The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and functional. There were plenty of plugs and outlets to charge and power all of our electronics and were nicely disguised to fit the decor! The staff was amazing and helpful.
Desk clerk was nice, the experience was pretty good.
Your evening clerk was very helpful, pleasant, with a wealth of knowledge. Whatever your paying her, she deserves it and more.
The mattress could be better. Beds make noise when you move. Love the pillows
