Really enjoyed this property,we will diffently visit again.Private and quiet and great view of lake and we was very close to town and restaurant but it felt like home.

This house has the best deck and lake views! It's nicely updated inside and was very clean. The beds were super comfortable! But the bedrooms could use some small tables or furniture (had to put everything on the floor). Overall, it was very comfortable and perfect for our quick stay in Hot Springs.

Overall we enjoyed staying at this property! There were six of us, and we loved the big living room space and the patio, especially the fire pit. We loved that it was on the water and a short drive into town. Everything (tv, appliances, etc) worked, which was a plus. Kitchen has the basics you need. The cons were that everything especially outside was a bit dusty not totally clean feeling. The guest bath could use a new shower head, the master bath shower floor was oddly soft. It’s an older property. It would have been nice to have some sort of float or life jacket or kayak to enjoy the lake. We ended up getting floats from Walmart. So…good! Not great, but good!

Wonderful house and gorgeous view of the lake!

Everything was great. The only complaint is that there were four butane bottles by the grill and every one of them were empty. Had to cook burgers on stove instead of grilling our steaks. The house was beautiful and really enjoyed the porch!

The pro for this house is that it is right on the lake, has a dock if you bring your boat, and it is very convenient to everything in Hot Springs. The cons are many. The first thing we smelled when entering the home is a musty smell with visible dust everywhere (including inside the cabinets). The floors and counters were dirty. The coffee pot wasn't cleaned. The entire patio including the grill and the furniture was filthy. We usually gravitate towards any outside space, but not this one. The home needs a lot of work. All in all it was an ok place to stay but not for the rate they charge.

The house was so comfortable and perfect for us. It was located a short distance from everything. Being on the water was amazing. We loved the huge windows to take in the views. Great back deck with the fire pit.
