It's the 33rd Annual Documentary Film Festival in Hot Springs National Park and your "Home on the Way" is located 8 minutes away. Transportation to the Arlington or Oaklawn is provided once in the morning and once at night; use taxi, Uber or Lyft for your other transportation needs. Located on a cul-de-sac of luxury, waterfront homes, the entire 2nd floor Suite is yours with its own 24-foot long, outdoor deck over the lake. An Edwardian-style bathroom has clawfoot tub with shower and authentic antique vanity with vessel sink. The Great Room is outfitted with a down sofa, TV, Reading Corner, Library, antique desk with external screen to hook up to your computer by HDMI (be sure to bring your own connector with HDMI port) and Pub-style, light-duty, kitchenette and BIstro. The two bedrooms have fun themes fitting English history. Your fully appointed suite takes up the entire second floor -- a space dedicated only to you. Accessibility for those with mobility challenges includes just a two step up from the garage to your entire accommodations on a single level. NOTE: The lower level of the house is undergoing interior improvements and is not available for guest access.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Kitchenettes, patios, and hair dryers are other standard amenities.
