Had a GREAT stay here!! Unit extremely clean and well maintained. Right on the water; host communication was quick and helpful! And the bed was soooo comfortable!! Unit was also well stocked with everything you could need! Positively will stay here again!

Great location for the attractions we were interested in,namely, Oaklawn Park Racetrack and Casino, Hot Springs National Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens, Along with plenty of good restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive

Although the winter weather was horrendous, the apartment was very cozy, well stocked, clean and very comfortable, and a beautiful view of the lake. I would be very happy to return again if I make another trip to Hot Springs.

The home needed to be deep cleaned. There were long black hairs in the sink and the shower. Quite a few of the dishes needed to be washed again due to food residue. The sponge had dried food all over it and there was not a fresh sponge provided.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was awesome! The TV remote did not work and he immediately had 2 more delivered within the hour. The condo was clean. The lake was fantastic. Very close to everything and still private and quiet. I would definitely love to stay again.

Loved it. Unit was clean and ‘well-dressed’. Easy in, easy out. We had a great time. 3 ladies - We took our pool floats, pool noodle float chairs, and our beach chairs. Set up on our spacious dock and had a blast. Weather was great, two of the ladies had never had a massage so that was corrected. Next time may bring one of my pups. This so much. Likely be back next year.

Was very nice and cozy only issue was tge people above us sounded as if they were moving furniture at night and stomping when they walked. But place was nice and relaxing and the lake was great as well

Condo was cute but wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of pet hair on couches, floors and on top of microwave. Towels in bathroom had a strange smell.
