Beautiful Condo. Ground floor unit just steps to the lake. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Lovely cove for swimming and fishing. Please note: though this is a ground floor condo their are steps from the parking lot down to the unit.
Nicely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size tempur-pedic sofa bed. Two full bathrooms makes this condo sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms. Conveniently located off of 270 bypass, Airport Rd. exit on 70 W. Easy access to OAKLAWN RACE TRACK and BATHHOUSE ROW. Restaurants and entertainment close by. Magic Springs Water & Theme Park just minutes away.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while watching the evening sunset. Grill out with the electric grill on the patio or check out Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino or Downtown Hot Springs, both are very close by. Many Great Dinning and Night Life options very close to the Condo.

The lake is great for boating, kayaking, water skiing, and tubing. Unit comes with a designated Boat Slip. Find one of the many lake coves for swimming or swim right out your back door in a great quiet cove.

Our Historic downtown offers boutique shopping, Craft Brewery, great restaurants (Rooftop at Waters Hotel offers great views), hot springs baths, massages and facials as well as some great pubs and music venues.

Our condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is in a 20 unit complex with plenty of parking. If you have had enough of the sun and outdoors, relax with a movie on TV. Enjoy the Historic Bathhouse Row, or press your luck at Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, both a short drive away. High speed Wireless Internet provided.

The home needed to be deep cleaned. There were long black hairs in the sink and the shower. Quite a few of the dishes needed to be washed again due to food residue. The sponge had dried food all over it and there was not a fresh sponge provided.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was awesome! The TV remote did not work and he immediately had 2 more delivered within the hour. The condo was clean. The lake was fantastic. Very close to everything and still private and quiet. I would definitely love to stay again.

Loved it. Unit was clean and ‘well-dressed’. Easy in, easy out. We had a great time. 3 ladies - We took our pool floats, pool noodle float chairs, and our beach chairs. Set up on our spacious dock and had a blast. Weather was great, two of the ladies had never had a massage so that was corrected. Next time may bring one of my pups. This so much. Likely be back next year.

My son and I take a week a year for just the too of us and since my granddaughter was having a baby in Hot Springs, that became our destination. The Condo was great. On the water with plenty of fishing places, the main bed was excellent as was the sofa bed (no hard rod for the back). Rained a lot which was fine since we are from AZ and never get to see that. Would stay again if I ever return.

Great location, close to downtown!

Hamilton Shores was really special for us as this was our first vacation together as a couple, along with our mini Aussie. The location was perfect, close to downtown and hiking. The lake was really pretty as well; we sat outside on our last evening there and enjoyed the breeze. Accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. We would stay here again!
