Charming house in the historic district of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Walk into a well appointed living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests. Inside the house on the right you will have your bedrooms and bathroom along with a small office space. On the left you will have the living room, dining room, and the kitchen with balcony access at the back of the house.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the balcony area at the back of the house gathering around the outdoor furniture enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! Charcoal grill available for cooking up some meals.

Charming Historic Home
Close to downtown, but we felt very safe. This home is historic, and has minor quirks but is still modern and comfortable. Very well stocked, and had darling neighbors. Thanks for having us!

Great location to downtown. Easy carport parking and access. Corner lot. Fully equipped for any needs. VERY CLEAN. Nice big rooms. Lots of space. Quiet neighborhood. Nice back deck with lots of seating (really dark at night-no lights). Great place.
