Kim the receptionist was great! The receptionist when i got there the first night (Jenna) was very rude and defensive. She put me in the wrong room and the room she put me in had a hole right behind the main door so i let them know the elevator went out wich ruined alot. didn't get clean towels or service because they claimed i put "do not disturb" when tht wasn't the case.

Dirt on the floor, stains on the bed, corners don’t look like they have been vacuumed ever, smoke alarm did not even have the battery in it. But most of all we met the rudest woman we have ever met in customer service last night. Whenever I went to the counter and told her my concerns less than 20 minutes after being there, she immediately said well that can’t be us because we bleach everything. To which I replied well it is and is there any other rooms that we can get?. She ended up giving me another room but said I’m going to have to come up there and check this out myself. When she arrived at the room, she looked at my wife and said let me see the supposed concerns. To which my wife replied, OK and showed her the stain which she said that she could not see, but we have pictures of, then we showed her another stain, which was red on the bed frame itself, and she said it was bleach. I have never seen red bleach in my whole entire life. But whatever. Showed her the floor and the dirt on the floor, so she commits to rubbing her foot on the floor and saying that’s coming right up that was not us. And then I told her about the smoke alarm and she said well people must be smoking in this room and we did not know it. They do that. She said she usually has to take a picture for her manager to show them, but there is no problems but she hopes we enjoy the next room. So we get up to the new room and it is much better except for the cockroach in the bathroom.

The staff were all so nice. But the elevator kept breaking down both days we stayed there. Not easy for a mom with broken pelvis and a kid who just got out of icu to go up and down three flights of stairs.

The breakfast was the only detrimental thing about a very nice stay. There was no egg or meat dish. There was a good waffle to make and several bread or cereal options. All were well presented. The hotel had a clean fresh appearance, no mal oders.

The room climate was fine, but I was not satisfied with the room’s condition. The sink was cracked, and the smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector was hanging from the wall with exposed wires. The breakfast options were limited, and the orange juice was watered down and didn’t taste like real orange juice. However, the customer service was great, staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
