Very nice family runs this hotel, great deal, very quiet in the off season, and a tasty breakfast, I love biscuits and gravy! I would come back for a good nights sleep, rooms felt clean and comfortable, maybe a little narrow. The front door was hard to navigate through a little, but patience is a virtue.
Lots of pastry choices, hard boiled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads and muffins. Was better breakfast than most we have had on this trip. Pool area looked nice but we didn't use. Bed was comfortable. Hot Springs has some fun and easy geocache to find.
Hot Springs can be fun for families. The hot tub here had lots of foam when turned on which indicates a dirty hot tub so I didn't use. People here are nice. There is not much to do in Hot Springs after Oct 1. Mammoth site is about it. Fair price for room.
Mike, wife and crew have provided such a comforting experience that I've returned twice this year. The rooms and bedding are wonderful as was the Jacuzzi and pool area and the quiet off the highway location.
Spent two nights here for a visit to the Wild Horse Sanctuary. The hotel was clean and bedding comfortable. The hotel was very quite. The room was a little dark, but no real complaint. Front Desk personnel provide very good info on the restaurants. Nice large room.
Right on the shores of Lake Hamilton. Hot Springs without the craziness. Clean room, friendly staff, lovely patio on the lake, peace & quiet. Really enjoyed this place. Solid value. Great for couples and families
my daughter and grandkids came to visit and swim with me at the motel and the manager/owner at the front desk told her guests are not allowed and said she had 1/2 hour to swim then would have to leave. Me, my boyfriend and his family rented 2 rooms for the weekend and the management was very unfriendly and then for them to say this, this is my hometown and this motel used to be locally owned. You can definitely tell these people have no desire to keep Hot Springs a warm comforting and inviting town. I will never stay here again.
Nice place, easy to find. Well positioned to local businesses and surrounding area. Would use again.
Property was clean, bed fine but A/C unit loud. Gym only fair. It is older and rundown but fine for the night.
Stayed one night during a traveling part of a 14 day road trip. Really had no problems with this hotel. Everything was very good. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent hotel at a reasonable price.
