This property has horrible parking as the spaces are very narrow. Some spots leave your vehicle sticking out into the driveway. The building has been remodeled but it was a very sloppy job. There is no elevator so you just climb 2 flights of stairs with all of your belongings. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer and it is in the lobby where everyone walks by it. So, no privacy to do laundry nor a chair to sit on while waiting. The pool is a salt water pool but was dirty. We had to skim it every time we used it due to numerous bugs, and the pool was inside. There was no hot tub. We showered everyday, both morning and night. Yet, from walking on the carpet our feet were filthy each morning when we stepped on the shower. The air conditioner was off when we arrived yet it was 93 degrees outside so it took quite some time to cool the room. Sane with the refrigerator, it was off so we couldn’t use it when we arrived. When it did chill, the bottom shelves froze everything and exploded our pop. So, I spent quite a bit of time cleaning the refrigerator. They were not serving their continental breakfast due to COVID. we were given a slip to pick up breakfast each morning. Nice but we g go ad to bring it to the room and heat it in the microwave. There was a breakfast sandwich and a muffin, nothing else. In the pool area there were lights that were out and one that kept flickering. That flickering light also had black around the edges from arc, a safety issue!!!

Clean and decent value for the money. The property is a bit older but my room was in good shape.

Bed was hard! No elevator! Decor was nice, breakfast would have been better had it been hot!

Recently renovated, this place was clean and bright. Staff were very friendly even though we were checking in quite late. Best pet-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in.

It saddens us to learn the hotel failed to meet your expectations regarding the problems you encountered with the Pool and Breakfast of the accommodations during your last visit. Hotel management has been notified of your at time of check inn and right now whole world has been going issue Coronavirus spread that is why we don't serve breakfast , and closed pool who won't to use swimming pool in right now with on going issue you should use your common sense , so improvements may be made moving forward.
