Waterfront home with dock on Lake Barkley

Amazing view with beautiful sunsets and waterfront access to the main lake on Lake Barkley. This home is situated on a point, offering panoramic views of the main lake as well as Donaldson creek. It is an excellent location for water sports and Fishing. The large boat dock is ready for use for those that want to bring a boat or rent one from the local marina. The boat ramp is just around the corner and a 2min boat ride from the home. Two kayaks are available for guest use.

This beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms and sleeps 11. Two bedrooms on the main floor, each have a set of bunk beds and a full or queen bed. Master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed private bath. Large downstairs area full of fun with a ping pong table and a dart board, couches and 2 twin pullouts, great for large gatherings.

This home is fully furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and appliances, including a microwave, Dishwasher, crockpot, air fryer, ice cream maker, Keurig Coffee Pot that offers a single cup or full pot for a lager group, blender, serving trays and basic spices. Generous linens are provided and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer will help extend your stay.

This home is located in a beautiful small town area and the Land Between the Lakes is a major highlight. Unlimited WiFi access is provided. We offer the best satellite option available. The unlimited WiFi supports multiple devices and streaming on two smart TVs. There are occasional challenges with satellite internet that comes with being in remote areas and during those times, we encourage use of the card games, ping pong table, darts, visiting the Elk and Bison area, horseback riding or water sports. Cable is not provided, however smart TVs connect through streaming apps. A DVD blue ray player is also available in the downstairs living area.

Two beautiful decks enhance the view. The upstairs deck has outdoor dining options and is equipped with a gas grill. Enjoy the sunset by relaxing in the cedar swing downstairs.

Afternoons are special at this home when sitting with family, gazing at the stars and enjoying a nice fire in the outdoor fire pit.

The large driveway accommodates multiple cars and a boat trailer that can turn around for easy entrance and exit.

Family had a great time staying here - 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 7. House is located on large cove that we never had to leave with the pontoon we also rented. Plenty of room for everyone with great views. Is fishing is your thing, we caught bluegill, striper, catfish and large mouth right from the dock.

Fantastic Lake House

Our group of 11, from toddlers to seniors, immensely enjoyed this lake house. Hosts were responsive and friendly. The entire home was clean and comfortable. Amazing lake view with plenty of space for a large group to gather together or spend some quiet time alone. Comfortable furniture, and plenty of cooking amenities.Our favorite spots were the two large decks upstairs and downstairs. Great areas to sit around or watch the kids play.The backyard does slope downhill towards the dock. The dock has a nice view of the cove. Looking forward to our return!

Super Girls Getaway

My friends and I brought our dogs and paddle boards, hoping for a week of disconnecting from our everyday lives and enjoying friendship and our dogs on the water. The house was perfect, there was plenty of room for 3 women and 4 dogs, where we did not feel like we were stepping on each other. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was great and the two levels of porches were great for the dogs. We had brought a gate to put across the bottom porch to keep the dogs contained.The kitchen was completely outfitted with everything we needed. The house was located at the end of the street and we felt nicely secluded from our neighbors. It was comfortably decorated with "Lake Life" decor. We were able to pre-order groceries from the Benton Super Walmart, which was less than 40 minutes from the house.Our hostess Paisley was very responsive to all our questions! Things to know - the hill leading down to the water is semi steep - no stairs or railings. After it rained it was VERY slick and I took a minor fall into the mud - more funny than painful. There are also no chairs by the pier to sit and enjoy the water front, nor were there chaise lounging chairs for either the upstairs or downstairs decks.

Beautiful home with stunning views

I rented this home for family visiting over the holiday weekend. The house was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in and it is obvious the host takes your comfort as their guest seriously. The home is light-filled and the finished basement does not feel like a basement at all. The basement bedroom with ensuite is comfortable with amazing lake views. The decks are spacious, breezy (even in July) and everywhere there is a relaxing waterview. I will definitely rent again. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with clear instructions.To our hosts - Thank-you!!

Beautiful home and view and peaceful visit!

This is such a beautiful and comfortable home, equipped with anything you might possibly want. The view of the water is amazing. The dock is so calming to just sit and listen to the water. The community is very nice and friendly. There is a lot to do in the nearby area without having to drive too far. If you do need anything or have a question, the host responds immediately and is very kind. This is definitely a repeat-visit home!

Easter Boat Week

Excellent house for boaters. The dock was wonderful and I was able to park my 24 ft boat in the drive the 1st night. The driveway to the house is steep so have plenty of truck if you have a heavy boat. House is clean and perfect for kids. Wonderful few of lake

Wonderful stay & excellent host

This is a wonderful VRBO and gets 10/10! We who came are college friends now with kids who are also friends and spent spring break here. It was a wonderful week to relax and catch up. The kids had a blast playing ping pong, darts, and with each other. The bi-level layout of the house was nice to give grown-ups and kids separate spaces. The house was extremely clean, well designed and fully stocked. We enjoyed cooking at the house every night except the last one. We came in mid-March preceding spring blooms. There were a few rainy days, but the fog on lake was very beautiful. The bare trees gave way for full views of amazing sunsets on the deck. We got to see eagles, osprey and egrets. The stars at night are breathtaking. The host was extremely responsive to a few questions that came up through the week, and we appreciated that greatly. Thank you so much for giving us wonderful memories in your lovely home. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect lake getaway

7 of us enjoyed stunning views, 2 expansive decks, fire pit, kayaking and large grill in this clean, comfortable, serene lake home. Short drive to paved bridge path for those wanting to get their walks in. Drove through the very cool elk & bison range and next time will check out the working farm. Owner Paisley was very prompt and kind in all communication, which certainly enhanced our stay. We miss the views already!

Loved it!

Beautiful! Plenty of room while keeping that cozy feeling. The deep closet in one of the bunk bed rooms was a perfect spot for the baby's bed! (Kids told me to be sure and mention that!). Awesome view! Caught lots of fish and it was so peaceful out in the kayaks. Easy walk to the covered dock. Saw deer, fox, eagle and a mink (?) :). Thanks for sharing your home!

FIVE STARS ⭐️ Fantastic!!

Thank you for sharing this gem it’s wonderful, we so enjoyed our weekend. House is very well equipped , clean and comfortables. The view from the upstairs and the decks is fantastic. We swam, kayaked and just chilled out. We saw Bald Eagles, the big white Pelicans up close and personal when we kayaked. House is Great for families, three nice bedrooms and two family rooms and a nice kitchen. We will come again for sure 👍

Great views!

The house is well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and needed for our stay. There is a dollar general and gas station 10 minutes away if you forget to bring anything. The gas station has bait and fishing gear if you’re wanting to put a line in the water. The dock was a favorite place for the family to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

Great place for a family vacation on the lake

The house and hosts were great. We had 5 people (2 parents, 2 teens and 1 grandma) for a week. The space fit us well with room to spare. Lots of spaces to be together for meals and to chill as well as get some alone time. We brought our boat and utilized their dock. So handy to have it right there. Dock is solid. Walk down from the house is gradual. However, you do need to take your time on the stretch between the grass and the dock. Nothing crazy but some rocks and roots to be aware of. Also, for those bringing a boat - plenty for room for your trailer in the driveway but I strongly recommend dropping your boat into the water prior. It's steep and even though there's a lot of room, it could get a little hairy for all but the most skilled at towing. No issues with getting the empty trailer up and down. There is a boat ramp less than 5 mins away. Even with it being so close, we got a little lost due to the lack of cell service in that specific area. Plan accordingly.

Fantastic Experience

If you are hesitating on booking…DON’T! This property is beautiful inside & out. Our Boy Scout Adventure Crew chose this spot for their last trip as they are all graduating & going to different colleges. This was quite a fancy trip for Scouts as this home had everything! I have never stayed at a home so fully stocked with whatever needs you might have. You literally just need to show up with clothes, food & toiletries. There was a bad storm that hit a few days prior so there were some trees down. There was a lot of debris in the lake from the storm; however, that didn’t stop us from boating, fishing, kayaking & swimming. The available dock is perfect as we brought our own boat. The main Marina is about a 20 minute boat ride. The house was very clean & all beds were comfortable. The ping pong table, dart board & corn hole game was fantastic. The owner was extremely helpful when we had questions & kept us informed about the storm prior to our trip. I would definitely book this property again!

Perfect Lake vacation

The lake house had everything needed from kitchen utensils to a boat dock for your convenience. The house is nice with 3 bedrooms, living room and a big family/game room in the basement. 2 1/2 baths and 2 large decks. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with sun, beautiful lake and more than this is it!!

very nice place really enjoyed it would go back again only thing is we brought food to grill out for the three dasys and ALL LP GAS TANKS WERE EMPTY that was piss poor
