The property was clean, comfy and the decor was super cute. Being right on the river was great, we were able to dock our boat and enjoy the river daily. The slide off of the dock was fun for the kids, fenced area was perfect for our dog!

Amazing experience at the Chaz river house! Chloe had great communication and the home was clean and had everything we needed! The tiki hut, dock/boat slip & slide into the canal were a huge bonus! We had a blast and can’t wait to come back.
