This 4-bedroom villa is located on the Canal of this gated community. From the back porch, with a large dining room set and a BBQ, you can see the boats on the Canal. When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent and are right behind your house.
We can accommodate boats up to 27 ft.

In the living room of this villa, you will find a very comfortable couch to relax on. The dining room table will comfortably seat your group. The kitchen is very well equipped, which should make it easy to prepare a meal. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can always visit one of the many restaurants in the area.
For your convenience there also is a half bath on the first floor.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King and its own TV.
The Master bathroom has a double vanity, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor you will find the other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom, with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have two Twins and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
It has a two-car garage.

The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck, which is located just a few steps down from this villa.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
