We were traveling with a dog, so I requested to be on 1st floor. I was given a great 1st floor room near an exit. After settling in, I received a call from front desk asking if my room was comfortable. Great customer service! Nice touch. Breakfast was good! My husband enjoyed waffles and the sausage was good. It was a great place to stop for the night.

Room not cleaned between guests

When we entered our hotel room, the bed sheets had not been changed to new/clean sheets, the toilet had stains in it like it had been recently used and not cleaned, and the tables were dirty with grease marks. The staff was very nice and gave us new sheets so we could remake our own bed, but definitely not a clean room.
