Hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was amazing and property was very clean. Only suggestion I would make would be some kind of traction on pool area floor. When wet floor get extremely slippery even just walking on it. My child fell a couple times.
Clean, bright, good size bathroom with nice Dove toiletries. The bed was a bit soft for my preference, which is firm. Good coffee station, early at 6am, and oatmeal, yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Friendly server working the dining area. Would have walked the path around the lake, but had no time. No complaints, would definitely stop here again.

The lobby and entry are not clean, but the room is spotless and very comfortable. Check-in was very quick, and Mary was especially nice and welcoming.

Met the high standards I have for Holiday Inn Express. Room was generous and well laid out. plenty of storage, plug-ins, didn’t feel like we were on top of each other in the room. Public areas were clean and inviting. Staff was extra friendly and helpful.

Terrible fly problem in the lobby. I literally had to wave my hand in front of my face the whole time to keep the flies away. Also, I hate their policy that they require you to tell them why you staying in the area. You cannot decline to tell them why you are here. It was also kind of loud- hallway noises. Over priced.
