The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests.

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

PLEASE NOTE: The Sandy Pointe condo complex does not allow charging of electric vehicles including Teslas.

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.
