The living and dining areas open on to a screened lanai with pool view where you can enjoy the colors of the sunset in the night sky.

Automatic rolldown sun shade offers protection from rain and direct sun. Fully equipped kitchen with stackable washer and dryer. Master bedroom has en suite bath with walk in shower. Hall bath has a tub/shower combo.

Complex features reserved carport parking with storage closet that includes beach equipment (cart, chairs, umbrella, toys).

On site also enjoy the heated swimming pool, courtyard bbq grill and shuffleboard court.
