The home was perfect for our group. so close to the beach. The management company was very responsive. We enjoyed our two weeks on the island.

The house and layout was very good and the outside area was beautiful! The dishwater did not perform as it should, many of the dishes were still dirty after a full wash. Location was excellent. Ice cube maker a real plus!

Perfect home for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. And you absolutely can’t beat the location!! 2 houses from the beach. Hope to stay again!

Great location

The house was a perfect size for our 2 families. Super convenient location with only a few steps to the beach or trolly stop. Also just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Loved it!

New Year's get away

This house was great for our two families to meet up for a week - plenty of space to spread out and not be right on top of each other - comfy beds, nice hot showers, and 4 houses from the private beach - that was amazing - the weather was a little cool but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub anyway - great vacation spot!!!

Awesome Location

The house was in a great location for the beach and local stores. We had a family of 8 plus three small children. The pool was a great option for the adults and children.

Family Spring Break

Location and pool great. Easy walk to beach and golf car rides to anywhere. Plenty of bedroooms and baths. Only suggestion would be to better stock and organize kitchen. Plastic plates and pool cups and more/better kitchen tools. We will rent again!

Beautiful home!

We had 8 adults and 3 kids staying at this home and we had plenty of room and lots for the kids to do. We also had plenty of areas for adult quiet time too. The beach was just a few minutes walk. The pool was amazing and we all loved the outdoor area by the pool. I have stayed at many homes on AMI before and this was by far the best. I hope to come back soon!

Family

The whole family in one house! The pool was the favorite of all. Master suites rocked. It’s a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. Great night sky view from the roof. There are some minor upkeep issues, but all in all a wonderful place to spend a week with family.

I was surprised there were no condiments, I’ve stayed at VRBOs in the past and there was salt/pepper, cooking oil etc.The little bit of dishwasher soap and dish soap was a cheap off brand that dud not work. We were only left with 2 dishrags and 2 dish towels (not nearly enough). The canopy in the garage was broken and should just be thrown. We got excited when we saw there was one, but it wasn’t intact.The garage toys/pool toys were a mess, we tried to organize. Nice there were several beach chairs, a couple standard height ones would have been great. Grandpa and Grandma had a hard time getting out of those chairs.It was a nice house, loved, loved, loved the location. We were told there was no pool volley net, but there was one. Also no one knew the pool depth. It is about 5 ft in the center and gradually gets less each end. We had kids that are great swimmers and a couple still learning. We did bring swim arms, but it would have been nice to have known. The house could have been cleaner, but I have high standards, we just cleaned surfaces, etc. Truly just a few little items which can easily be adjusted, otherwise it was great! I definitely would recommend the house for a larger family/ group.

great for couples

We had 6 couples, so this house worked well as it had 6 bedrooms with bathrooms. The location wasn't great as it was hard to cross the street and get to the beach. But it was close to shops and restaurants. So that was nice. The one thing we all didn't like was there was no way to get in the house from the garage. You either had to climb up a spiral staircase from the backyard, or go thru the front main door. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it was a hassle.

BLUE WATER VIEW

The house was beautiful clean comfortable and set up well for families. A main bedroom downstairs and extra bedroom. Upstairs the two main bedrooms were split with kid's rooms in-between. Lots of beautiful vegetarian outside. Wonderful when your visiting from the midwest winters. The pool and spa was amazing, warm, and lots of room for the kids to swim. The house had plenty of pool and beach toys with wagon. The only downside of the house was that all windows face the street.witch are beautiful but can't see pool or there is not a deck off the back. Really it was not a problem still worked out great.the agency Beach House Real Estate was the best we have ever worked with and we have been visiting Anna Marie for many years and have used many different rental companies. Kellie was awsone and all rhe girls were so nice and cheerful. Thank you that makes our vacation experience even better

Family Vacation

Great location - same block as beach access, nice beach, lots of turtle nests and saw new turtle tracks several mornings. Pool was good with 2 sets of shallow areas/entry steps for kids, the covered outdoor area with the small drink fridge, sink, grill, dining table was great for meals - ceiling fans kept it cool. All bedrooms were big with plenty of room. If you have small children or elderly guest be aware of the number of stairs. .A few concerns when we arrived: one bed the sheets were not clean, property manager handled this the next day after several texts back and forth. Cigars were outside from the previous renters and outside garbage cans were full. Microwave handle was broken. Only 2 extra blankets in the whole house. My biggest worry was a door that went off the kitchen deck to the pool - the deadbolt did not work, and the door handle lock only worked sometimes. (for the price paid you expect exterior door locks to be functional). We enjoyed our stay and in general the house was as advertised, but the items above are reasons we gave it a 4.
