Quite hours are strictly enforced by City of Holmes Beach. (10 pm until 8 am) $500 fine for first offense / $1,000 fine for subsequent offense.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out time: 10am All used towels place in shower or bathtub. Clean out all items from refrigerator. Wash dirty cups, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Run dishwasher before departure.

Trash Cans - please take out all trash to onsite trash bins. Close and lock all doors and windows. Set thermostat to 78 degrees.
