Welcome to our centrally located Holmes Beach home on the beautiful Anna Maria Island! This well-appointed 1/2 duplex home is perfect for a fun, laid-back family vacation, a couples' getaway, or a trip with friends. The accommodations include two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and Bedroom 2 with a king bed. The hall bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, TVs in both living rooms, a gas grill, and beach chairs. We provide a keyless entry system for convenient access, allowing you to easily open and lock your door without the need for keys while you're out on the beach or enjoying the island.

When you're ready to touch your toes on the white sandy beaches, they're just a short 2/10 of a mile away. Numerous restaurants and bars are nearby, and access to the beach is easy with the free island trolley. Alternatively, spend your day lounging in the backyard heated pool, complete with a retractable awning for customizable sun exposure. The pool is shared with the other half of the duplex. Book both Island Break and Island Interlude for the ultimate getaway, where each group enjoys separate living quarters (kitchen, bedrooms, baths, living rooms) but shares the backyard pool. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and make the most of your vacation.

Our nearest Airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). It's about 30 minutes away. Another popular choice is Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about an hour away.

Our calendar is always updated in real time. If it shows available, it is. If we have a cancellation, it will show as available immediately. In order to give our fantastic cleaners time with their families we are closed for arrivals and departures on Holidays, such as New Years Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
