The property was beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There were several lovely outside seating areas. The only disappointment was the pool. It was stated the pool is heated however, it did not feel very warm. The beach and a few restaurants were within walking distance. We rented a golf cart to explore the rest of the island.

Home away from home....

We truly enjoyed our stay and Under the Tuscan Sun. Had all the comforts of home and conveniently located on the island.

Pots and bowls were terrible.. there were stairs withot banisters. Thec pool never heated up. There were no rails to hold onto to get in and out of the pool. The pool got dirty and the pool guy didn’t come until we were leaving. The Rental agency was attentive. Wexwould definitely not ren t this house again

We loved the Tuscan Sun home. It was clean, comfortable, and very near the beach. The kitchen has everything needed for making home-cooked meals. The pool was amazing. To be noted, this home has two sets of stairs. This detail was disclosed in the listing. The owner also provided a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and floats. Great for a day at the beach.

Great Location, Beautiful Spacious Home

The home is beautiful and spacious, giving plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. Having 3 patios, not including the pool area is wonderful. The top balcony area was a wonderful respite for us all.You can catch both the sunrise and the sunset from there. An easy 3 minute walk to the beach!The only complaint we had was that the bed sheets, pillows, comforters and even the couches smelled very strongly of fabric softer.

Overall excellent experience. Josh was extremely responsive with all communication. A few points that may help other families. There's lots of stairs! 4 steps down to the living room and 4 steps down to an upstairs bedroom. The bathroom for one of the upstairs bedrooms with the stairs is up those stairs. If you are in the 2nd floor bedroom, you need to climb 4 steps to use the bathroom. I point this out as we travelled w/ 80 year old parents & these stairs were tough & steep. The kitchen could use some more silverware as we ran out of forks after each meal and there's only 1 small spoon. The pool is shaded in the afternoon. On a hot day that's perfect, but if you're going in February w/ potential cold nights as we had, the pool heater isn't enough to keep the pool comfortable for an afternoon/evening swim. Otherwise the house was very clean, close to the beach and Publix and we had a very enjoyable time. We did rent beach chairs from our golf cart rental company as the chairs provided were very low to the ground. We brought a shelter that broke down to fit in our suitcase (Amazon) which was very helpful on the hot days. Overall, wonderful memories were made!

Great Property!

Located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach our family thoroughly enjoined our week stay. The house was very clean and the pool area was partially shaded during the afternoon sun which was welcomed. The property manager was very responsive to a few questions we had and checked in with us during the week to see how our stay was. The one thing I'd suggest improving (and this is a little nitpicky) is the Wifi network. Coverage around the pool was spotty and streaming music could be a challenge. All in all, it's a great property and we would stay again.

Perfect Vacation

We had the best week unwinding at Under the Tuscan Sun. The house was stunning. We loved spending the afternoons in the private pool. I’m so glad I read the reviews beforehand and packed spices since there weren’t any at the house. Just a heads up, pack a few garbage bags so you don’t have to buy a new while you’re there. Otherwise the house was well equipped, clean, and ideal for our family vacation. We hope to return again next year!!!

Perfect getaway place

We had a nice family getaway following our son’s college graduation. Loved all the decks...backyard was so pretty! Quick walk to the beach! We loved it!

Excellent location.

Great location. It would have been nice to have some basic spices including salt and pepper, garlic powder, coffee filters, Kleenex, etc. . An extra blanket or two would have been nice as well. Easy to work with the Anna Maria Islands. Any issue/question we had, they were readily available.

First time to Holmes Beach area.

We had a great stay at the "Tuscan Sun" house. The things that were "cons" would not keep us from staying here again. The a/c thermostat was set up to keep the temperature above 75 degrees. The first night was a little uncomfortable until we found some fans and got used to it. We loved the pool area, the multilevel porches, and the abundance of palm trees and plants on the property. The house had an odor that was what I could only describe as an old house or musty smell. We bought some febreeze to help with that but when we got home, all of our clothes, luggage, and hair still had that musty smell. We had a great stay over all and for the money, we would stay here again!

Fantastic Vacation by the beach

My family and in-laws loved this property. House was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private pool and the multiple balconies, especially at sunset. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk. We were also grateful for the beach chairs provided. We would love to return in the future.

Wonderful House & Location

Very comfortable home that's close to the beach and stores. We were able to walk to stores and food locations. This is a nice place to self isolate during a global pandemic.

Nice place.

Door code was a little difficult to find on property location. Had to call 2 times. Floors I don't think were mopped bc daughters feet were dirty after walking barefoot. Trash was missed and full to the brim also had to call 2 times, issue was resolved. Other than those the place was nice. Close to beach, 2 blocks away. Would definitely stay again but closer to beach.
