Called to change the day of reservation and Jasmine, without letting me finish, transferred me to reservations. Very rude and tone over the phone very sarcastic. Reservations had already tried calling the front desk and for 20 mins no one would pick up the phone. With bad attitude and customer service, I went right over to Hampton Inn.

Everything was convenient to downtown Vancouver, dining and very walkable area. The hotel itself needs to be upgraded, very old, but was very clean and the staff made sure to keep things clean and we’re very nice.

Great Place to Stay in the Holly Springs area

Very good place to stay in the Holly Springs/Raleigh area. The property was clean, modern and relatively new. Many restaurants and retail very close by. The room was very clean and new. The included breakfast was very good with many choices. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Everything was great. The mini fridge was not cleaned out from the previous guest and the mattress was not comfortable, so I had a hard time sleeping. Staff was very friendly. Everything else was clean.

This property was newly constructed. Check-in was very easy and overall cleanliness was exceptional. Great breakfast options as well as nearby dining options available. The only downside for me was that it stated Netflix was available. This is NOT true nor are you able to connect your devices to the tv to cast or stream. This should be corrected because it was actually one of the reasons I chose this property.
